Alcatraz has easy pay options, Good service, Good location I have been a customer for several years, I actually moved out once and moved back in 6-months later. I have a seasonal job. I recommend using Alcatraz storage. You will have to pay for renters insurance, as a part of your rental fee. That kinda stinks, but you at least have some insurance.

Don,t like that late charges doubled and the late charge is added at 5 days instead of 10 days. But I understand new owners make changes, just didn't,t like it.

I have been with this facility since 2007 and have had a very good experience since I started. There are changes that have come along but the management always tries to accommodate the customers. Even through the change of people on site they still have a very high standard.

Clean facility, professional service, easy to access gate unlock panel, and nice access hours. The light in the unit is even on a timer so it will turn off if forgotten. These guys are smart at running a storage unit business.
