Price was good, friendly customer service and clean. My only complaints are I had extreme difficulty maneuvering the Uhaul in and out AND. the gate would not open on the way out until we pulled really close then I had to back up real quick to keep it from hitting the vehicle

The manager was very helpful when I was picking out my unit, I work maintenance at 2 deferential apartment complexes so I may need my tools at anytime through the night, she she granted me 24hr acess I thought that was nice!

The staff is very polite and helpful. The location is convenient. Don't be fooled by their low price! River Bend Storage is fantastic!

Forgot to tell me that I had to hit the * button after entering my code. Took a few minutes also to figure out how to call the elevator. Unit had dead bugs all over the floor.

The location is very easy to find and Trisha is great to work with. I set up this unit before I moved back to Tulsa and everything was ready to go once I arrived. I feel very safe storing my belongings here.

Very professional & informative, much more so than any I've seen before.

I booked my reservation online through Sparefoot and received a call from the facility manager within an hour. Once I got to the facility filling out paperwork was quick and I was able to get access to my unit quickly. The only downside so far has been that the lights and sensor does not work in my unit, and my movers had difficulty getting their 26' truck through the specified truck aisle. I appreciated the buy 2 get 1 month special; this special made the rate much more reasonable than other facilities in town.

The location is great! The hours of access are great! I felt safe moving my storage into this facility, and it is very well lit. The manager is super nice, and she made me feel important and like I mattered! The price is higher than other storage facilities, but well worth it.

Exceptional facility! Above and beyond what I expected. Was open on Sunday (which was the date I came into town) and it worked perfect for my needs. Facility is clean, well-maintained and provides excellent customer service. Would not consider renting anywhere else.

I reserved the storage the day before we moved out of our apartment, it was ready for us to start moving stuff in just a matter of minutes. River Bend is a very nice, new and clean facility. I am very pleased.
