Very easy to book the storage unit. Good prices. No one monitoring the place - makes me a little nervous. My unit was clean but the sealing has one small part that is falling down. Since there are no employees on site, not sure how to report this and get it fixed. Just moved in a couple days ago. When I booked the unit the service employee said that the code would be a certain number of digits from some of my personal information. So when I got there I put in those numbers and it did not work. I called customer service and the numbers that were assigned weren't even close to what I was told it was. But they told me the assigned numbers and I was inside within a few minutes without any hassle.

After using the automated kiosk on 12/24, I found the spot assigned for my trailer occupied by a pickup with a flat tire. Will contact the on-site personnel Monday 12/27 to straighten out the situation. On line customer service was very professional.

I found I needed an extra unit after renting a 10 × 30, I called back to the location the following day and was able to rent a 10 × 20 with no problems and able to move in that day! The only downside was the lock kiosk was empty both days.

Code would not work called the number and he tried several different codes none seemed to work was told he was calling corporate to help and sat there for 45 min I was highly pissed. No phone call ever
