In all honesty I am overall not happy. There was no information about needing insurance for the storage as well about brining in a certain type of lock. The lock you charged me for is overpriced. The lady that helped me was very nice and explained to me the gate hours but didn't say I needed to be off the property by then. It was said that most people pull their trucks out by then but I could still be inside finishing up. The next day I received a call from the manager of the storage facility and he was pretty rude about it saying after 9pm I HAVE to be off property. No exceptions. He didn't seem to care about what was explained to me and honestly if I hadn't just returned my moving truck I would e pulled my stuff from unit and demanded a full refund.

Thomas was super knowledgeable and helpful when I came in to rent my storage unit. I will tell everyone how great he was!

I used to have a storage here but I needed a bigger one so they set me up with one at another Public Storage down the road, which was nice.

The staff is wonderful! On one occasion, I locked my stall lock but failed to put the door lock in place. The very next morning I got a call from the Denny Public Storage confirming that it was I that made the error since I had entered the gate the night before. I immediately went and confirmed that no one had taken advantage of my error! Thank you!

A top rating for the best place to store your belongings! The storage areas are clean, safe, and private. People are very friendly and helpful ! This is not a paid review...it is the truth! Give it a try, you will not regret your choice.

Everything was easy to set up online and the unit I wanted was available. They called me back quickly for a appointment. All the information was the same when I got there and the lady was really nice and communicated well with all details. Location is nice because it's right off the freeway.

Not a problem getting in or out, or signing up. That's how everything should be.

The facility has minimal security, but the attendant was courteous and helpful. The attendant said they perform routine lock checks, which is good. They have a few cameras, but the fences at the back of the property would be easy to defeat. In addition, there is drive-up access to the back of the property, which would provide undetected access and an easy get-away route during hours the attendant is not on duty.
