Mixed review - The manager, Fred, is very helpful and calls back when you leave a message - however it's frustrating to have to call every time there is an issue, because nobody is in the office during office hours. The elevators are awful - the app almost never works and my stuff got stuck in an elevator for almost 30 minutes. I like the drive-in bay & the natural lighting. It seems clean.

Staff at the storage facility was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean. Price was decent in comparison to going rates at other storage facilities at this time. Reserving online was easy using Spare Foot in comparison to using the companies website (Public Storage).

The whole process was quick and easy. Fred and staff were great at communicating prior to and during the move in. This location is great and super convenient right off the highway. Will continue to use them and would recommend them.

Significantly more cost effective than the other storage units in the area, you are sent a code that gets you into the building and elevator and then you have a key for the unit itself, very efficient for an in and out without needing to stop by the office! We got one of the smaller units, but we were pleasantly surprised by how much space there is! The units are all at least 8-9 feet tall I would guess and allow for much more usable space. Overall, we are quite pleased so far.

The staff at my location was awesome!! Very helpful and super nice they made the process super easy! The place was super clean and looked really good,made you feel very comfortable storing your stuff there.

Very clean and nice storage space, only complaint I would have would be the overall starting and move in process for my unit. I had no idea I had to complete everything online to get my locker as I thought I was going to go meet someone yo have them walk me through the signup for it but after a little searching online I got it all figured out and the process to get the unit online is actually pretty easy just as long as you know thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s what you need to do to obtain your locker.

I was in need of a storage unit that was afford ASAP, and luckily I came across Public storage. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very grateful and fortunate that not only was it easy, convenient, quick but also affordable! Best experience. Very organized and friendly staff! I recommend this to anyone who either needs items to store or just need to put things in a unit temporarily until you find a house or apartment.

I cancelled my reservation BEFORE the move-in date and was promised my FULL refund (including admin fee and other fees - not just the lock fee) and was only refunded the lock fee! I'm am HIGHLY dissatisfied with the service and miscommunication of this company.

Place was clean and easy to move into. Only complaint is that I am renting a ' 5 x 5' with the fine print saying units may not be exactly that size. Mine is barely a few inches bigger than a '5 x 4'!!!

I purchased a 5 x 10 storage unit online for a monthly rate of 45/month. They gave me a 3.5 x 10 storage unit which was not sufficient for what I needed. So I went to the front desk and the guy tried to correct it. The first time he transferred me to a unit that was correct and we verified the size. I had my team start filling it. Then we went to sign the paperwork and it wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t allow him to assign the unit to me. This took almost 30 minutes btw. So he assigned the one across the hall. Thinking it was the same size , I accepted it and when I went to look at it it was 10 x 4 not 10. X 5. So ridiculous. Now I have two units on my account that apparently I am paying for because he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take the other one off!!! I tried calling twice but no answer and this is not ok. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a choice but to take the smaller unit because I was out of time for my movers to complete the job. I am not happy about paying for insurance which I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want and the same rate for a smaller storage unit.

Move in process was simple and easy. Self-serve mostly. Loading and unloading area seemed a bit poorly planned. Some people couldn't fit while others were working.

Probably the best experience I've ever had in dealing with a self storage facility. The employee was so nice and the price was excellent. There were no hassles and he had me checked in in a quick manner because I was on a tight time schedule that day.
