Easy move in, property management checked to make sure everything went smoothly and answered all questions I had

When I arrived I found out my unit was already rented. Barbara at the front desk was apologetic and immediately found me a new unit within the same building. Only downside was it was further back towards the back of the building and there wasn't any hand trucks to assist within the building. Other then that, all is good. Thank you!

Your storage definitely isn't the cheapest but the prices aren't that bad. The buildings are very clean and spacious, so far the staff are very helpful and have great attitudes.

The on-line process was super easy and when meeting the manager on move-in day I was even more impressed. She was friendly, professional and diligent in her duties. Both inside and out, the property was clean and well maintained. I feel good about having my stuff stored here. Thank you.

The 5 stars are all for Kim! She did an amazing job answering all of my questions and getting me set up. I did not like that the insurance requirement and cost for Orange Door's monthly cost was not listed online. That would have helped my financial planning in measuring the cost of the rental.

The staff was very helpful. When the unit that I had reserved wasn't in an acceptable condition, they switched me to a different one, at no extra charge. The new unit is more convenient. Staff is friendly. The pricing is competitive, even if it isn't fully disclosed up front.

So far things are great, we will see as time goes by if my opinion changes at all.

Robin helped us find just the right unit so that we can start downsizing our home. It is clean, has plenty of space for us to move around and sort through our belongings and is on an inside space to keep things extra dry! We would recommend Public Storage to anyone! Mary G.

I was recently in to inquire about renting a storage unit at this facility. I was politely greeted by Robin. Robin was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and showing me the space I need. I will not be moving for a few months but will definitely be renting a unit from Robin.

Public Storage.. They are always helpful with picking the right unit. Great locations, security, lighting, many different units to chose from. Flexible hours and of course affordability. I always go to them for my storage needs. Thanks for helping!

Excellent service and I would recommend your place to my friends and family anytime

Several things have been broken since I started. The slide lock to my unit was broken and forced me to wait a few days to get moved in. Also, the next day I brought things the front gate was broken. I'm hoping this was fixed quickly as I didn't wait around to see. Everyone has been nice and professional and getting started was easy enough.

Showed up at the wrong location for a unit reserved nearby with PS and lucked into a better deal than what I booked online. Fast, friendly service. Secure facility; on site manager, controlled entry and exit, automatic fire suppression, electronic monitoring. Check with your homeowner/renter insurance before you go to see if you are covered for storage away from your residence.

Not every storage manager is perfect, but they are all professionals. When I met one that was not a good fit recently, I just went to another Public Storage and they found me a location that worked perfectly with an incredibly nice manager. That's the way they swing.

I was very happy with the care and consideration given upon reservation and checking in to the facility. The staff is very pleasant and the whole property is secure giving me a good feeling of security. I'd go there again.

You don't have to look for another storage place, they are very helpful and listen to your needs.
