I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really know why people put to much thought into any storage unit. These places are an extra closet for our things that we donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to get rid of. I chose this place because it had the best price in my area for the size of unit I was looking for. That said you get what you pay for and I am actually pleased for what Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve paid for.

Convenient location and fair price for the size of the storage unit. The unit is clean, but needs a lightbulb replaced. Double authentication to access the units are a plus.

I needed a storage unit quickly, and I was able to get a unit the same day! What's even better is that its very close to my house.

The building where the rented unit was located, was not secured. The exterior doors were ALWAYS open (during the day and over night), the on-site manager even admitted it. The conversation went as follows: "The doors to Building J are always open." Manager, "I know. People leave them open." "Shouldn't they be checked at night, else you're offering an unsecured unit?" Manager, "Let's just agree to disagree. What do you want me to do, put locks on all the doors?" "Yes, or it's an UNSECURED building." Manager "Well that's not going to happen." Three days after this eye opening conversation I vacated my unit and will NOT consider Public Storage for future needs.

They got me in and out very fast and I was still on time to work so it all worked out

Man in charge is a nice, helpful guy. Easy to reserve a spot, easy to move in, and doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t break the bank. Happy to have found it. Perfect for short term vehicle storage, but for long term storage would recommend somewhere covered and more spacious. Happy with my experience.

The place looks a little outdated, but the customer service agent is amazing and makes the experience great! Needed space for a little breathing room while moving into our new home! This was perfect!

All is great, but need improvement on the following, in my opinion. 1. Entrance code box needs to be out just a little further and facing the driver when you pull up.. It RAINS a lot here, so no one really wants to get out to put the code in. 2. Need 2 dolly's in the indoor units for all to share not just one. Thank you

When we made the Reservation we were quoted 81.00 a month for the first 6-12 months. a 24.00 fee to get started. It ended up costing us $ 177.00 to just move in ??? It turned out the day before we were moving in when, we already gave notice at our other storage unit there was a "Glitch" and you will not be honoring that quote. My friends wife is an attorney and she says we should contact legal council regarding this. She says it sounds a lot like "Bait & Switch". (2) different people in your office, including your on-site manager quoted us this price. So NO you will not be receiving a favorable review. My wife says she going to contact your "IT" department to see if this a normal practice and decide if we will seek consultation with a attorney. As for the on-site employees they are friendly and helpful.

The manager on site was very good at explaing the rules and procedures of the facility and answering all my questions. The office and the grounds were very clean.

Victoria was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped me to understand everything as I was a first-time renter of a storage unit. She seemed very understanding and the whole process went smoothly :)

And the week we spent moving in we got to see how much effort she puts into keeping the place up to snuff as well. Its easy to see she takes pride in her job, as well as yakking care of her customers. Thanks again Victoria. Your help was very much appreciated.

The attendant at our Pubic Storage site was very helpful and friendly. She gave us good information in a short amount of time, and answered our questions. We have only one issue we would like to see changed. Our unit is very far back in the complex next to a fence. We would have liked to see a rate adjustment to charge a little less because of the location of the unit. We did appreciate, however, getting a break on the first month's rental fee.

This Is by far the best storage facility around around Portland Oregon. Seriously, anytime you need help with your unit they are right on top of it. They are always friendly and will most definitely work with any of you. I wish there were more stars that I could give! ! ! ????????????

Victoria was so friendly and helpful while assisting us with getting a new storage unit yesterday. She took us on a tour of the property, offered us different storage materials to protect our stuff, took the time to thoroughly explain all the rules and paperwork that we were signing and just overall made the process quick and hassle free. Also, very clean and tidy property. Especially compared to a couple other local Public Storage locations that I visited before coming to this location.

Very helpful, made us feel like we chose the correct storage. Took us to see the unit had us try the keys and the gate code to make sure it worked for us. Explained all the pricing and paperwork, would highly recommend

The title says it all

When I arrived to move my stuff in I realize the storage unit was too small. The manager took me back into the office to find a bigger unit or to find another property. He found another storage unit closer to where I lived and a bigger unit and still gave me the same price I was going to pay for the smaller unit, I was very happy and pleased to do business with Public Storage.

The woman that works in the office was great, upbeat and very knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience.

In the location where my unit is located, as far as I can tell; there is a video at the entrance and exit gates and at the counter but know were else. I have seem people tailgating the vehicle in front of them going through the gate.. Not entering their code. Not at all impresses with security
