Loved how quickly I was able to get the storage and it is a nice clean storage.

Tj was very kind and helped me set up the app so that I could access my entrance and exit much easier. The unit was exactly as described clean and ready to go as soon as I arrived.I would recommend this storage facility to anybody in need of extra space.

All was simple and easy to complete online. One thing that was a little frustrating was that I was delayed on moving into the unit. When I went the first time to use my unit the gate code would not work and said see manager. That's by appointment only and I was unable to do so being it was on a Sunday. So I wasted a whole day with that. Then Monday I call and the next available appointment was the following day so I had 2 basically lost days cause I could not get into my unit. And all that the appointment consisted of about 10 seconds to see my ID. That was all. I think it would be much more streamlined if it was offered to scan your ID in via hour app or email or something to that effect. Just my opnion. Would have saved me about 3 days in the middle of a very stressful time for me to move in which I was already in a time crunch. Aside from that I did have a good experience in my storage rental process and was satisfied. Thank you

Tricia was wonderful and helped me out tremendously. She made phone calls for me and gave me information I needed. I am moving from AZ to OR and I feel good about having my things at this storage facility. She was very friendly, efficient, and competent.

WOW! Completely impressed. Megan was great. She was incredibly helpful, answered all our questions and addressed every concern. The units were in great shape and our new rental, 10x10, was clean. She was efficient but took the time to explain all the paperwork and forms. We didn't feel rushed. We left feeling genuinely cared about. All in all a great customer service experience.

The morning i arrived all paper work was ready, had me in and out to fit my schedule, check out other storage in the area and if you need to store your items this is it, up front with the fee's and no surprises, I would highly recommend this storage facility to others as long as Megan and Erin work there. I think that the property is run very well by the manager, Megan. She was helpful and worked with us to make sure that the space we rented was exactly what we needed.
