We were greeted by a courteous and professional employee. (Jacob)? He showed us our unit which was clean and ready to go. He then walked us through the sign up process and explained everything to us. Well cared for facility. Excellent service and staff.

This was the first time we had ever rented a storage unit. Brian made it very easy, he explained how the system worked, showed us around and answered all our questions. He gave us his card and said we could call him anytime.

was fast easy and no issues. only thing is that it should say insurance required when reserving rather then when you show up.. 15 a month for 5k coverage seems a little steep since i get 100k coverage on my renter insurance for 20... but service manager was great and getting paperwork done was fast and efficient.

Alex was very helpful, showing us 3 different size units so we could select the proper size. Paperwork was done quickly and with explanations given clearly.

From the phone call inquiry, I made to learn if there was a space that would be easy for me to access and use with my constant need of using a Walker to walk safely; to the completion of the paperwork was all done so easily and professionally. I enjoyed and appreciated being shown the best way to enter, use the storage facility and then exit with no confusion or discouraging experiences. I am very pleased with Public Storage from every aspect and have told many friends and acquaintances about the best place in Gresham to assist in storing things, until one can sort and make further accomplishments to move these items into theif living space.. s Thanks for all you have done to help me with this huge transition in my life.
