I think you suck for taking my information and it being USELESS!!! THIS SEARCH ENGINE BULLSHIT IS WRONG!!! I gave information that did not get me anywhere with renting. they had no info at all my space WAS NOT RESERVED.

From the first day I rented the storage unit the staff was professional, courteous, and addressed every concern with no delays. The facility was clean and secure and never had any issues. The only reason I moved out was I found an affordable house and no longer needed a storage unit. The move out process was very easy. I will definitely do business with TS again if needed.

I've been with Troutdale Airport Storage for a few years and they have never raised my rent. The last place I was at would raise my rent 2-3 times a years and I had to leave. I've never had any issues with T.A.S.

Unit was as expected for size, location and condition. Service was good.

very easy online process, needed unit a couple days early there was no problem. Unit was clean and tidy.

The facility is clean, signing up on line was easy. I did briefly speak with a staff member they were polite.

I liked the location of the facility. Easy to get to by freeway.

Manager seems to never be there, yet has all the time in the world to review the previous night's monitor footage. Accused my husband and myself of being up to no good because he thought we took too much time in our storage unit. (We are both middle-aged and overweight. We don't move very quickly!) Also accused our adult son of "Casing units" when all he was doing was wandering around because we didn't need his help for a time and he was bored out of his head so he just wandered around. He couldn't care less what other units held. He just wanted to get out of there to go spend time with his girlfriend. Manager seems to think he's the know-it-all for all things storage and people. I think the next time he thinks someone is taking too long with their storage, he should get off his butt and go help them out!

I have never been a fan of paying to store things I'm not using. This facility however does make me feel as though if I need to pay for the privilege at least I've found a clean and efficient facility.

Easy to use, easy reservation and securing our units. no fuss no muss.

I had to move suddenly and needed an affordable storage facility that allowed for easy access. I set up my account online and got my access codes as well as the location of my storage space via email quite quickly. I pulled up in a 28 foot truck and there was plenty of room to maneuver it around the facility. The storage space was clean as a whistle and well lit, allowing us to unload and store a 3 bedroom house worth of furniture in less than 45 minutes. I'm very happy with my choice and recommend them highly.

The unit was clean. Th lighting on the outside was sketch with multiple bulbs out creating an environment that does not feel safe after dark.

This spot became quite convenient for me during a move, was accessible, clean and secure for me. Not too expensive I guess, that's the going rate for storage.

The only issue I have with the facility is its policy of on-line payments only. Having a policy that denies tenants the opportunity to pay via check or good ol' American currency is a discrimination for the sole convenience of management. Otherwise, I have had no problems with Troutdale Airport Storage. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Got a storage unit through SpareFoot and it was all and all pretty easy. The only part is I'm not sure how SF will get credit as I had to actually sign up on the storage facility's website. Very good pricing and clean facility.

I called about 30 different storage facilities before choosing Troutdale Storage. The communication was clear without any hidden costs or surprises. The manager was very accommodating and worked with me so I could get the right size unit. I didn't feel any pressure to rent or make a quick decision on the spot. I appreciate dealing with the same person every time I have a question. It's been about 6 months and all is good. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have never given any review a 5 star. I've been in business for 30 years and have discovered that there is always room for improvement, even when I am doing everything right. So a 4 keeps me reaching for a 5.

A safe and great place to store your things!!!!

Always available to help out even after hours or on weekends. We showed up a day early after driving cross country in a uhaul and they were totally flexible and got us in.

Found the facility online & called the number that was posted. I didn't realize that the number wasn't to the facility itself but to a service that works for them and others. Long and short of it is that I was to finish the application on line! So what I thought I had reserved really wasn't causing me to loose the size I wanted!

manager very friendly & helpful, close to home, easy access & nice to have push cart available.

Site is clean and carts are always available. Any time I have questions and I call the owner always answers his phone +++++

Haven't seen the manager(s) yet, did everything on-line. Simple and straightforward. Looks like a good, clean and secure facility.

Their online access to renting units made it quick and easy. I did it all from the front office, and was squared away in minutes.

no human available, called, directed to complete unit rental and everything on line... somewhat difficult from a smart phone, I wish I had known there wasn't an option of working in person before I got there...

I was given a code for the outer door at the bldg my unit is in but Jeff told me it remains unlocked so why was I given a code number when it is not locked? I am concerned about this .

Very easy process just did it online. The manager was helpful on the phone about getting the place rented

When i showed up, the site manager had already prepared my paperwork. I had to run to the bank and back and ultimately he thanked ME for my troubles. Excellent service.

Owner was rude, made comments about the items we were bringing in to store and that he doesnt usually rent to people who wouold store such things, coincedently he was talking about a set of wheels and tires that combined cost almost 2000$. he was rude and very degrading i would not reccomend the facility to anyone....

I was not familiar with the storage facility when I reserved it, but it was an all-around perfect experience. I was running late and before I even had a chance to call them to ask if I could complete the registration process over the phone, I received a call from the facility offering that option! That made an already stressful day MUCH less stressful, for which i was extremely grateful. When we arrived at the facility, everything continued to be as smooth as could be. The facility was clean and my unit was easily accessible. I highly recommend this facility for the price, the convenience, the cleanliness, and, above all, the stellar customer service.

Not only was the price we found on SpareFoot the best around, the guy behind the counter was so great in getting us all set up. I can't tell you how much of a hassle moving usually is, but this place has helped ease our frustration and anxiety. Definitely worth the drive.

Easy to make reservations on line and very friendly staff at the office. Easy to get in and out of the building. Very helpful that there are carts to help with the heavier stuff.

When it rains, you have to walk through a large puddle to get to the security code box. When asked about the discounts that were listed when I made the reservation on line, I was told one of them didn't apply to that unit and the other hadn't been listed when I made the reservation. The man and lady that I talked to were of no help and told me no discounts were available. Will find another unit some place else and leave. This was a bait and switch. Not trustworthy.

What a great place....very nice, friendly people to work with and they were certainly way more than accommodating. Very helpful and definitely had the lowest rates around.
