Everything was easy with getting this storage unit. I found a great deal on line and reserved my unit. Aiden quickly followed up with me and sent me paperwork by email. Aiden is friendly, upbeat and great to work with. He sent me the unit information and pass code via text and email. This made it very easy to get in. I noticed that many other storage facilities in the area are not fenced. I am glad that this one is secure, clean and well maintained. Enrique is a local handyman who has been invaluable in helping me set up my unit and get all my belongings moved in. I am very happy with this choice.

Call center representative was not knawlable as to the actual pricing. And that Northstar DOES carry a contract.The rep said they didn't.

When I called to get information. The young gentelman I spoke with, he said that the units where open 24/7, plus NO contract was necessary. Which both of those were false information Plus he reframed from telling me.there was like a set up fee as well. I was litteraly shocled!
