The staff that was there on 6/28/2025 was very pleasant and helpful The facility was clean and plenty of carts to move boxes and furniture into storage

There are seven other locations closer to my house than this one. I chose it because of the price for the 5 x 10. When Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m signing up I find out I now have to pay $11 every month for insurance. I wanted to carry my own insurance but they claim itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s mandatory that I pay this insurance and use one of their locks. This was not known.
