North Plains RV and Self Storage

Very happy there, great place, great location.

I inquired about storage, but never used them. They continue to charge me and will not respond to phone messages. The charges keep coming. Stay away!

This seems to be a nice facility. We have an interior unit and the only things I’d change is there isn’t a light in the unit and there isn’t any a/c, but, depending on how long you plan on being there… The staff are very nice and helpful.

I called and reserved a spot and was able to move my stuff in the same day! They were so well organized and clean. It made me feel at peace leaving my belongings there.

This spot is so much better, we really needed the angle slot.

Everything when smoothly. Space became available when they indicated it. I moved in the following day. And before you ask - yes I would recommend them.

Difficult to get into unit due to closeness of vehicles parked in front outside our unit.

Easy to setup and manager was informative and friendly

My only complaint is that you can't access your vehicle in the gate past 9pm, should be 24/7. Otherwise it was great.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends because of the price and the ease of use. The office workers are great.

Got to the facility and the staff was very courteous, showed us the storage unit which was spotless, the units use a lock cylinder instead of regular pad locks (added security). The first month was prorated so the move in fee is very nominal. A very good experience overall.

When I arrived at North Plains RV and Storage I was impressed at the cleanliness of the units and security of the property. I was greeted with a smile and outstanding customer service. I originally reserved a 10x10 unit over the phone, but once I arrived I changed my mind to a larger unit. I was able to switch with no problems. I would highly reccomend North Plains RV and Self Storage.
