Facility is a bit run down and dirty, but "security wise" it feels safe. I have an inside unit, where the ceilings are exposed so I can smell oders from every other unit in there. Due to the smell, I would not store clothes, or furniture in my unit or anything I was concerned about absorbing the stink. However, I am only storing excess stuff from my garage, yard tools I have no use for in my current town home, and Holiday decor. So for my needs the unit is just fine and the price is very fair. I am totally satisfied with my unit and the customer service of the staff has been fantastic. Still, if I had valuables or more delicate stuff to store id probably seek out a cleaner, more secure space. Overall, I'm highly satisfied. Would recommend 10/10

We have used this storage company before but this is the first time at this site. We were fans before but received some outstanding service today. In and out quickly while everything was done quite professionally. Truly a great experience.

Quick and courteous service

Rachel in the office was So helpful and friendly. She went over all the information clearly and showed me our unit. She even tried to see if we could fit our stuff into a smaller unit to save us money. We went with the bigger one but it was still very nice she tried. We have had a great experience so far and would recommend this location to others :)

The reservation was easy to make online. They called to confirm an hour later. No lease just month to month. The manager patrick was helpful explained everything. I would not recommend anywhere else.

Jason was beyond helpful with our renting experience, unit was clean and ready on the lab of move in. Jason also was very flexible with our reservation and we appreciate his level of professionalism.

The on-line reservation feature was awesome, and the paperwork was painless. On site Manager very pleasant, friendly & professional. The only negative thing was that when I was shown the unit it was pretty dark inside of it & there are no lights inside each individual unit. I didn't notice until I went back to move items in that the unit wasn't quite as clean as I would've liked. Also, it was an end unit where one wall was a concrete block construction which had a narrow, open seam where two sections of wall came together, and I could see daylight through it so was concerned about dampness. The bottom edge of that same wall had exposed earth along the edge of where the concrete floor was poured, again, dampness was a concern. So I bought a can of spray foam insulation & sealed the open floor seam, and also hung a moisture absorbing material inside. No problem with moisture so far. All in all, I am pretty pleased for the low price I'm paying! Would recommend this storage facility.
