Fast easy set up was quick, I appreciate that I was able to just book online and easily get to the unit without having to do anything extra.

It has a great location easily accessible. The price was nice . Not only did I receive an email quickly also received a phone call to make sure I had all the information I needed.

I need a Unit on short notice, I was able to reserve what I needed online and then move in the same day.

Very happy with how easy it was to reserve a unit for a reasonable price. We've rented at several other places in the past and this experience was the best so far. Efficient, simple, fast, and no surprises. Lynn was very helpful the day we arrived to move in.

Over all everything is great and easy to get to!

The place is clean, secure, and convenient. I like the 5x10 in that the door is the 10 foot side and it's 5 feet deep. We can see everything and accessing us super easy.

On line experience was great. It all fell apart when I actually started the rental. Suddenly cost was much higher. Biggest problem was fight over insurance. Essentialy I was told it was yours period. Then a bunch of noise about my insurance covering mold, mildue, vermin, etc. Supposedly to protect people around me. Finally I showed my policy, some thumbing, then OK. Manager and I then proceded on friendly terms, she told me she was doing what company required. Second unexpected was required $20 to buy their lock. My padlock was unacceptable. VERY poor quote system that is certainly not truthful. Price was your only saving grace.

When I rented my storage unit I was on a bit of a time crunch but they made sure to get me in and out super quick while still being thorough and making sure that we covered everything necessary, and made sure the unit would fit my needs. I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

Came in to this location for packing materials , rochelle was very helpful and bubbly, she even saved me a few dollars in the end , I highly recommend this store and it's customer service , a smile goes a long way when having to move in this heat thank you rochelle.

So far, so good. Their facilities are clean and we'll maintained. Office personnel are professional and helpful. I ordered boxes on line and somehow someone missed my unit number, so it took over a week to get here, but I was pleased with the follow up when we were trying to find out where the boxes were.

I reserved a very competitively priced space online, and Jason made it a really fast and efficient experience. He knew when I was coming, had everything ready, showed me the unit, and had me on my way in no time. Great job.

Great and friendly staff. Public storage is a trusted company name with many locations making it convenient for just about all with affordable monthly rates.

I infrequently do reviews however this is an exception. I had submitted my online reservation and was in the process of doing the express check-in when I got a call for the local manager. I hadn't even had a chance to hit the check-in button before he called. Completing the on-line check-in made It so easy. Within the hour, we had our keys and were ready to put our items into storage. There was a minor problem with the door that the manager fixed immediately. I have yet to find anything worth complaining about thus far. Excellent service! Went with PS because it was so much easier than any other storage facility nearby. Rates were posted until many others and getting a unit as simple. A very happy customer.

Lady working the counter when we reserved the unit was fantastic. When we came back a few days later, were lucky enough to deal with her again!

Super easy to work with, booked ahead online and all paperwork was ready and waiting for me the following day. Security features are great and allow me to feel comfortable with my belongings in storage. Merrit answered all my questions before, in the middle of, and after the move without any hesitations. Great service!
