Each unit is protected by 24-hour digital surveillance, individual alarms, and electronic gate access requiring personalized entry codes at multiple points throughout the property. The entire facility is fully fenced, well-lit, and continuously monitored to ensure a safe and accessible environment for all our tenants. At Climate Control Mini Storage, we make storing your belongings simple and worry-free. We require a minimum two-month lease, and all accounts must be set up with autopay (no cash payments accepted). Tenants may use either a physical or P.O. Box address when establishing their lease. Access hours are 7:00AM to 7:00PM daily, allowing you convenient entry while maintaining the highest level of security. This was by far the cheaper option I could find in the valley, so i didn't know what to expect quality wise, but the facility is clean, the folks are friendly, and reserving my unit online (with prorated first month!) was a breeze. My unit was easy to find the first time around, my gate code worked with no issues, everything was great. Thanks guys!!
