The facility was very clean, and was well run.

Move-in was painless. Vaun took his time showing me a few different units since I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t exactly sure what size would be best (even though neither of us felt like walking a lot). A great experience, and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d recommend them.

I accidentally dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and have learned that I would have to pay $1000 of my own money to get a service operator to recuperate the keys for me. For the amount of money it costs to have a unit here I would have thought they could offer to help in some way, but no. I will be finding a new place as soon as possible so that I won't be paying these guys anymore.

I appreciate it that the move in process was very efficient and quick.

Facility opened in October 2017 so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s still in good shape. Tour & paperwork completion was time consuming. Had an issue with my lock. The staff responded promptly & handled it efficiently.

Super clean, even the bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. They even provide carts that make moving super easy, except mattresses( but those are always a pain)

So far, I can only speak of the move in experience. I reserved a spot online. Was called approximately one hour later to confirm. I let them know when I would be in and when I arrived, I was greeted courteously and professionally. They were expecting my arrival and the process to get set up was super easy. Place is clean as a whistle. 2 things I could recommend improvement on. 1. I am not certain that the person that greeted me ever provided me their name. That would be helpful. 2. When setting up the contract, please provide info about the lock and the cost of the lock. Instead, the lock was just cut out of the packaging and added to my total. Of course I was going to buy it no matter what as it is a necessity, but would have been nice to know what you charge for it and are there alternative options for purchase. Some people are on a budget. I haven't started moving my stuff in yet, but will assume that process will be as seamless as getting it rented.

Fantastic customer service, super easy move-in experience.

My only complaint is that upon moving in they made me aware that there would be a few new fees for things like insurance and a lock that is specific to there facilities. Other than this the facility is clean and if your homeowners covers storage, than extra space will wave the storage insurance fees.

Usually I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect much from a storage unit aside from a place to put my things. This place has that and more. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Secure and concurrently helpful providing locks Dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s and a simple modern way of entering and exiting the facility. I appreciate the tools there for my use and the thought placed in things like security cameras, temperature control, automatic lights and overall clean fresh feeling of the unit. I am impressed.

Super friendly service! The price was a lot better than I expected for being in Portland proper. My only complaint is I wish the building was open a bit later.

It was super easy to reserve the storage unit online. I received a call promptly the next morning from Kristel, who was calling to confirm & I told her I was on my way to the facility. I arrived & was met by her with great customer service! She was very helpful in the process & the facility is very clean & secure!

We just moved to Portland and this gave us a place to store our stuff for the mean time!
