Needed storage for daughterﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s dorm room stuff and was directed here. After making reservation, they reached out to me to discuss their policies, their facilities and answer any questions I may have. My arrival was delayed a day and they were very flexible in moving my reservation. Upon my first arrival, needed to handle all paperwork via phone and email due to Covid-19. But it was all handled quickly and efficiently; 15 minutes from start to opening the door of my storage unit. Only negative for me is its location. Near downtown, which may be great for others, is not close to daughterﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s school. But thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s my issue and doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t reflect on the facilities or the great employees.

It was easy to book online and Vaun was able to find me a unit that worked for my needs.

I had to leave for a trip fairly quickly and get all of my belongings into a storage unit since my lease was running out before I got back in town. The customer service was excellent and I was able to get everything set up super quickly and given a nice tour by the friendly customer service agent. I definitely felt valued and I'm happy I chose them.

The signup process was very streamlined and the front office staff so friendly and helpful. The building is brand new and ultra clean. The location, although not my first choice, ended up being very convenient and easy to access. Saturdays are very busy days with renters moving in and moving out. Dollies are hard to acquire. You have to pounce quickly on the renters who are finishing up using them. Pretty difficult to move big sized items like dining hutches and couches. Dollies are not wide enough to fit these items on, so have helpers with muscles with you! But overall a great experience and I'd give them 4.5 out of 5.

Process to sign up was painfree and easy. Front desk was very helpful and willing to take us around and show us different units. Very good experience.

Love it! Easy to unload and easy to check in! Only thing is, you have to purchase a lock from them to store your items. Not expensive though. Everything else was great!

Staff went above & beyond during my sign-up, as I had reserved a unit online. They adjusted my reservation, so as to ensure that my unit was most readily accessible off of elevator, even ensuring the unit had pull-downs, as I have difficulty due to being handicapped. Staff was all personable, friendly & professional. Entire facility was clean, well configured, and accessible with great attention to security and safety.

It's alright but the customer service is lacking.

I was pleasantly surprised with the convenient location, parking space and cleanliness. The security seemed good and the space felt secure. Priced reasonably as well with a discount for paying a year in advance.

Nicestagf very. Helpful and attentive

I had a storage unit with the same company but in a different state and this facility is by far the better one. This facility is large, clean, secure, and cheaper than the first. There is even a bathroom and water fountain which I greatly appreciate.
