The contents of my previous storage space narrowly escaped a fire in an old wood building where a fire occurred. It's a relief to have at long last solved that problem. The move-in to my new unit was uneventful and the circulation space was easy to navigate. The office manager was friendly and very efficient.

Got a great rate on a promo offer. Clean facility, but not much parking and limited loading/unloading area. Hard to access dead end street is only accessible from one direction. Tight quarters for the loading and unloading. Make sure you clarify their policy on prepaying the promo rate vs. how long the promo rate will actually last.

The staff that I had talked to were very friendly and helpful. The only thing bad I can say it I never say anything about a $25 admin fee, $17 for a lock or insurance prices when I reserved a unit.

This storage unit made me feel super safe leaving my things there, there are multiple codes at multiple points to make sure you only have access to your things in the building ! And getting things in and out is super simple!

Really enjoyed working with the staff, and I like the unit. It's never good customer service to surprise people with fees. #1 The surprise insurance coverage fee. #2 The surprise lock fee after the prep email instructed me to bring a lock, I bought one, and then found out that my standard master lock would not work in the new lockers. It seems like a pretty simple thing to mention that in your pre-move email, and I wasted time and money picking up a lock that didn't work (not to mention that new lock I then was forced to buy on site was 2x the cost).

Erondi the facility manager is friendly and great to work with. He explained everything clearly and made sure all our questions were answered. He showed us to the unit and let us choose on site after seeing the units themselves. Very clean, well kept, and a great price compared to competitors.
