I was running out of options for a nearby storage facility when I saw that this location had a great deal I just couldn't refuse..... Eric was very nice, welcoming,and didn't waste time getting me on my way!

On Tuesday, I made a reservation to start my rental on Friday. I went there on Tuesday to check it out and was shown the unit. No light bulb but she said she would put one in before I came back. Then she said I needed to start the contract that day, Tuesday, because she already brought it up in the system. Said I wouldn't get the same web rate if I didn't, so I had to start the rent 3 days early when I didn't even need it yet. Then I find out that the electrical doesn't even work in the building so there will be no light in this 10x20 unit. Really inconvenient but it's the only 10x20 they have. Ugh. Poor experience so far...

The person that opened my account with you and showed me my unit was simply the best. She handled everything so fast, I was able to move in the same day. Although I was bummed my unit needs electricity fixed, and they have no clue when that will be. Hopefully soon.

My husband and I have been using Public Storage since 2012 and have received courteous service. Today Eric went above and beyond by trying to jump our car and providing tools to assist us.

Went in looking for a unit just big enough for some extra stuff I had, but they didn't seem to have the size I wanted. But they where super helpful and kind. Just a pleasure to be assisted by. They didn't have what I needed, but I'll definitely be coming back when there's a unit I can use!!

Great storage

I always use public storage because they make renting a storage unit easy on me. All I have to do is call and tell them how much space I need and where I'm located...and they do the rest. When I get to the storage unit, the manager is ready and waiting. It's so easy...I love them!!!

It a good size unit , and everything fit perfectly it was quick and easy-to-use
