Insurance "premium" plus lock fee not mentioned in original sales pitch threw me for a loop when I signed up. People were nice about it; as in, take it or leave it.

We needed to downsize our storage needs and Jan was extremely helpful in explaining and showing us our options. Loved the cleanliness of the property and the fact that the units all had interior lights. For interior units hallways are super short so even though we opted for a "drive-up" unit, we would have been fine with the interior ones if the exterior were not available. We actually moved from one PS to this one and it was simply around the corner from our previous location. We also appreciate the fact that Property Manager, Jan, lives on site. Would totally recommend this particular location.

No complaint on physical building or employee, but making us buy a cheap lock when I have a quality pad lock ... Bush league in my opinion.

Jan did a great job getting me set up with a storage unit for my needs, and explained everything well! Thank you! Update 8/18: Closing the lease was very easy. I scheduled my move out date online, and had my stuff moved out the day before. When I came back in person to formally finish the move out , Jan had already noticed I had emptied the unit, so she closed the lease and i didn't have anything else to do. Thank you , Jan, for making this process so easy!

The woman who helped me rent my storage unit was really nice. I was a little annoyed at having to purchase a special lock and additional insurance since I have both sturdy locks and renters insurance already. I will will be canceling the insurance policy. Overall, the experience was pleasant and easy. I have had no problems getting in or out of the facility.

I needed storage and found it was a rare commodity. I stopped by Public Storage and explained my needs to Jan. Jan took down all my information and said she would call if what I needed became available. And guess what? She actually called. Then personally walked me through the whole rental process, and gave me exactly what I needed. Public Storage is good, but Jan is great. Thanks Jan!

I had a wonderful experience with Jim and Jan both. When I had rented a storage unit in years past I never even knew the manager's name, let alone get a follow up call to make sure all was going well. These guys are really on top of it and the property is very secure and super clean. Well cared for. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for not only a good deal but awesome customer service!!
