Online check-in was super fast. Unit was setup up as described. Phone app worked for gate and door entry. Everything went very smoothly. I did not need further contact after the initial setup.

I made an online reservation stop by their Happy valley location Brian was great sence whay he had avaliable would not work for me he send me over to another Location the Denise was great. She honored the reservation price for the bigger storage.

initial call was not accurate in regard to payment amount so I went in thinking that I owed much less than the actual bill. That should have been explained on the phone not when I got to the unit with the items to store. Also, should have been informed of insurance so that I could get my own insurance on the unit which would have been less.
