the step from confirmed reservation to getting inside the gate was a little challenging for me, but once I met with the site manager and got access activated that became no issue as well. great customer service attitude from the person and the computer!

Very great staff to work with in renting a storage unit. Only thing is the upkeep needs to be maintained like working man doors for walk-in customers to the storage area, so they don't have to walk the complete campus to get out of the storage area.

Recently, I went through a bad break up. I had all of my belongings at his place and no where to put them when I decided to leave. I called the service line for public storage and was connected to a young man by the name of Sam. I was so distracted by his professionalism and compassion for my situation that I almost forgot about all that I was going through for a moment. He was very helpful and made sure to get me to the nearest public storage so I could make an appointment to see a unit the very next day.

We were up against a deadline and were not having very good luck finding a storage space. Luckily we tried this public storage because they had exactly what we needed, right on time.

I've had a hard time finding a storage unit for the summer months as almost every place I've called was full or didn't have the correct size. I felt lucky to get one at public storage even though the price was higher than some of the others I had called. I also wasn't able to get the free month, but I'm not complaining because this was just what I wanted.

We looked at 2 other locations but this one was the best combination of price and convenience. The girl that works there was very nice and we felt welcome and well helped.

The customer service agents I dealt with were amazing! They were helpful, efficient, polite and quick! I am so glad I chose this company!

This was a very positive event and the staff at the Public Storage were all very helpful and extremely pleasant. We ended up needing 2 units and were pleased with each one. The second (smaller one) didn't have a working light and it was difficult to pack it after dark. That was the only negative in the whole process.

I recently had to quickly move from my apartment and was uncertain just what to do and, OK, I may have been freaking out a little about what I was going to do with my things. I contacted PUBLIC STORAGE, and in a matter of minutes, your representative had me calmed down and into the perfect space where all my stuff was safe. This time could have been a real "devil" of a time - but PUBLIC STORAGE was my little bit of heaven. Thank you, PUBLIC STORAGE!!

I have a very good referral for you. I have just used Public Storage in Milwaukie. I usually use U - Haul. Same experience at a lower price and less waiting. I felt like a person not a number. You should check them out next time.

The office help has been great. Leeta at McLoughlin Milwaukie PS location was a standout. She knew more tips on my 375 square unit than the movers. All my 3 Bedroom items fit with room to spare and the only problem was when the power went out in Milwaukie and I was unable to get into the gate and 2 people (1 with a U Haul) were not able to get out. The poor office person was running around in the freezing cold trying to phone anyone and see if their was any manual way to open gates! I had to take my load to another location, store and then reload for the next day. Another time the gate would not open at 7pm. No emergency number to call and I had $80 an hour movers with my stuff in a loaded truck. These two things need to be addresses. It cost me a lot of money, time, and labor.
