I put my stuff in the unit and left what more do you want. Its a storage unit.

Kelly went above and beyond to accommodate us. We didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think customer service existed anymore. We were wrong. What a pleasant surprise.

Pretty good deal if you don't want access after 6pm

The storage area feels quite safe and has excellent access. We already had one of the special locks, but could never get in touch with anybody to avoid paying another $15 for a lock we did not need.

Very clean and easily accessible property. The manager, Kelly is really polite and helpful. I'm glad we chose this storage.

Great service, unfortunately the entire indoor unit I am using smells heavily of cigarette smoke.

The lady I talked with.....crystal....was great! She explained everything thoroughly and when something was not matching up, she figured it out and fixed it. Very friendly and helpful!

All in all it was not bad. The lady at the counter was friendly and polite, but seemed a little confused? Perhaps because she was busy at the time I was there. The first unit she showed me had items already in it? We did manage to find one for me however there was no string to turn the light on? She said she would get that taken care of when i moved into the unit.

Our move could not have been smoother. Betzy made sure we had the size unit we needed and any necessary supplies were available to us. I would absolutely use them again!

Quick and easy reservation over the phone. Visited the location and the process couldn't have been easier to get done! Would recommend to anyone.

Judi was very helpful to me while I was deciding which kind of space would best meet my needs. She didn't try to sell something more expensive, or something that was more than I need right now. That makes me more likely to return if I need a different to store other items.

Impressive security. Electronic keypad @each electronic gated entrance, combined with the fully fenced in security of this storage unit complex, puts your mind@ ease. Easy lay-out. Pricing reflects security system, it's a little spendy. Although, I did not see any cameras on the inside once you're in, so let's hope the fence does all the work!

It's great except for the filthy, greasy floor.

The set up/paperwork was fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were unloading our boxes within 15 minutes of arriving at the location. The only surprise was that we had to buy rental insurance which use to be optional, so maybe corporate should put that in their advertisements.

Absolutely 1st rate customer service. I was still filling out the online form when TJ called me! He worked with me to get the paper work completed and gave a personal guided tour. Very thorough, very professional, very appreciated by me.

I have been renting from public for over five years now and have always had excellent customer service. The staff are always very accommodating to my needs and go out of their way to help people. My belongings have always been safe since day one! I always feel good knowing my stuff is safe and in good hands. Would highly recommend to all friends and family.

It was very clear and easy to rent a storage for my stuff at the last minute. I will refer anyone in the area that needs extra storage space.

I was very impressed with the individual care that Louise provided. There was another lady there and she kindly asked me if she could help the other lady because she needed to get to work. Very considerate!! When she helped me she was very attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable. It was a conversation not just a business transaction.

Personnel were nice and efficient. Price is good. I like the double lock system where the vehicles are not accessible except for the owners. I notice several vehicles with flat tires indicating they had not been moved for quite sometime. There's a lot of moss underneath a lot of vehicles. This in particular bothers me. It looks dirty. There are a lot of very old vehicles. The place looks like a graveyard.

I needed on the spur of the moment extra storage. Natalie, the person on duty, went beyond my expectations of helping me. She was very courteous, friendly and helpful. She showed me two storage units during a severe rainstorm. Even with being soaked from the rain Natalie continued to help me complete the paperwork needed to rent the unit I selected. It would be a courteous jester if Public Storage could supply a raincoat or gear to their personnel. I felt sorry for her sitting there drenched from the rain as she completed the transaction of my rental. She is a valuable employee of Public Storage.

they allow people to occupy the units/live in the units. they say there is someone onsite who lives there. I never recall seeing anyone. I hate to complain but they called me back to defend the situation to tell me that under special circumstances that some people "stay" there during the day due to their living situation?? I honestly worry about someone staying there and wandering the premises. I have reported it, but worry about them possibly finding out who I am. and making us evict the unit..
