Already did this once. Customer service is too tech focused, as this redundancy illustrates.

So far, pretty good. Funky web access, slow response from manager, but good response once we were connected.

Removed half the stress of moving just by getting a unit!

Very good service and an excellent place for my storage needs

I needed to upgrade to a larger unit at the last minute. They were so helpful and got me into a bigger unit very quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone. Very easy to use and a convenient location

First off Chrystal Was great, she was very friendly knowledgeable. And helped us in anyway she could. And also letting us know what the best package would be four boxes. It's good to know that I can get quality customer service in any public storage place especially the one in Oregon city. She was very helpful in figuring out a plan to get my grandma's stuff stored. The old manager was horrible but when I went in to add another storage unit the girl that was working that day was excellent. Very helpful.

Only thing bad to say is that the packing tape I bought($7.99) wasn't worth beans!

Young blonde lady that helped me was very informative, friendly and helpful. She is the one that lives onsite. Super employee. Signed up with her immediately. Stopped by a few days later, and there was a brunette, completely opposite. Rude and put out by my need for help with the gate code. Would have never given business to the second lady. Five stars exclusively for the blonde

The blonde, short hair lady at the oregon city location was fabulous and worked with me! we found something i was comfortable with and turned our day around! I wish i remember her name.

High points: The staff was knowlegable, and triedd to provide the best service they could. Unit was clean, and the reservation I made on line locked in my rate. Once I RSVP'd I was contacted right away. Draw backs: insurance fees (which are mandatory) are not included in the listed price for units. Additionally, the cut rate first month fee you actually get billed for later the same month.

This location is very good. The employees and the manager provide excellent customer service - very kind and professional. The facility is convenient, well maintained, and extremely secure. I would recommend this location to anyone looking in Oregon City and the surrounding area.

Manager Jennifer was super helpful and friendly. She showed us several size options and explained the discount programs she had running at that time. Facility was clean and easy to navigate through. She also gave us a reminder that if we use the bathroom, to please pop the button on the lock when we leave it or the next person can't get in!

Location was important to us when we chose where to store and this was super easy to access. We we're able to move in after hours which was awesome. Only planning on being here for 3 months, but everything has been great so far.

The property is kept very clean. Jennifer who works there is great but the company has raised my rent on a 10X20 from $157 to $272 a month in a 3 year period. I was forced to move to another location.

Convenient, reputable, secure, clean...I only wish it didn't cost so much. There are cheaper places, but there is another price to pay, right?

I have used Public Storage a few different times over the past few years and they are an excellent company to use for your storing needs. Good facilities, great customer service, and an excellent web site where you can reserve a unit, manage your account and pay your bill online.
