I had an outstanding experience at Public Storage, thanks especially to Britney. She was truly exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I wasn’t overpaying or being charged for anything I didn’t need. Her honesty and care for the customer really stood out. Britney went above and beyond, even assisting my movers with everything she could. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness. She is a remarkable asset to your company, and I’m grateful for the level of service she provided. Thank you for having team members like her representing your business.

Everything has been great! The manager has been extremely kind, extremely helpful, it's extremely clean, and I love that there is a sheltered area so the rain doesn't ruin your things as you go in and out of the building. They have adopted all measures to care for the renters by wearing a mask, keeping 6 foot distance, and even spraying down the carts! As a healthcare worker, I have been thoroughly impressed! Thank you!

I was very happy with the person at the facility, however the move-in-fee was very misleading.

We discovered on our moving day that the unit we had reserved was not large enough. Lexi was able to find us a small one (actually right across the aisle) that fit our needs perfectly. She was so helpful and quick. Your Barbur Blvd facility is awesome.

Great property. I've taken space there twice now, and I'm very satisfied. Very secure, extremely clean, climate-controlled, and convenient carts on-site make it a great place for storage. Lexi at the front desk is "dialed" in and makes it easy. Very happy.

Convenient, friendly, close to home.

I am new to the country and concept of storage,the front office executive took extra effort (pain for them) to explain me the process and details. On the facility - I felt my stuff are in a secured placed.

This is my third time at this facility. Staff are friendly. It feels secure, and temp control is important for me. Only downside is that there are not enough carts at times, and the are only available during business hours. Occasionally parking is an issue for unloading. Overall, I have had a very positive experience.

She made the process so smooth, provided thorough information, and gave me options that helped with my needs. This location is clean, easy to access, and very convenient when I need to drop in to get something from my unit. The prices are very fair, and I find it much more affordable than other locations. I rated it a 4 star because I was a bit overwhelmed at the cost when I rented the storage unit ($88.00) verses the price it showed I would be paying with my online reservation ($24.00). Thankfully the manager there let me pay half of my bill instead of the full amount so other than the surprise amount I like this place for storing my items. They have a cool security feature that your code only gets you to your floor where your unit is located and you can't go to any other floor. That is great to hear because I've heard of storage units getting taken advantage of and people's units get stolen from so no worries about my stuff getting stolen with that added security feature.

Excellent. Great faciility from top to bottom and the help I got from corporate (Barbara) to the on-site person (Lexi) was second to none. They were dialed in, and made it quick and easy for me to take care of my storage needs. Kudos to ALL at Public Storage

I was helped by Tiffanee who was professional and worked with me to find the best solution. The location is excellent for me and so far it has been a good solution for me.

A little pressure on insurance that homeowners covered. Otherwise great service fast and easy.

The staff are very helpful and courteous. The facility is always neat and clean. There was a shortage of carts for a while until it was discovered a customer was hording 2 carts in his storage locker. I recommend the facility

This is our third unit within the last year. Each experience has been professional. The spaces are indoors and protected. Access is great.

Excellent customer service and a fast, easy transaction. Auto bill-pay makes upkeep a breeze, even when I am not in the area.

So far everything has gone well. Staff were very friendly and efficient in processing my storage lease and had no problem showing me multiple units to ensure that my storage needs would be met. Facility is very clean and easily accessible. My only con is that I wish it were open a little later than 9 PM.

Lexi and Tiffany were so helpful in finding me a place to store, and helping me with finding the right products to protect my belongings. I love how clean this facility is too.

Good place that have climate control storage and reasonable price monthly .

You get a clean, climate controlled, and fairly secure storage locker for what you pay. Other places in my area charge considerably more for essentially the same deal. Bonus that the facility I'm using is conveniently located near a major freeway exit so if/when I have to move, it will be easy to access.

The process of getting a storage unit from Public Storage was so streamline! I was stressed with a last-minute move and they put me at ease. I was able to get the size and location I requested. The on site manager (I believe her name is Sandra) is extremely accommodating. The building itself is very secure and well-kept. I would definitely recommend Public Storage!

I needed a storage unit immediately. Checked the phone book and found Public Storage. Located the nearest one and went online as suggested by the ad. I was able to reserve the space that I needed right then and there. got a lower rate for using the online site! The next day I arrived to meet, "Sandra" the manager. She walked me through the facility and to the storage locker I was going to rent. It was perfect and so was Sandra. Got back to the front desk signed the contract then loaded the unit. The whole experience was quick and easy. Online was where the deal occurs. Check it out!

Not only was the registration process easy, but the hours of availability, the security, and the ease of moving things in and out make this a great place to keep your things. I looked into other companies first and was almost thinking that Public Storage was too good to be true because of how much better they are than everyone else!
