Public Storage - Portland - 13515 NE Prescott Court

Like everywhere on the E Side of Portland every storage facility is surrounded by homeless camps and RVs. So there is always a concern for security, but its gated and barb wired so hopefully all will be good.

Chelsea in the office is very friendly. Great customer service.

Good storage space, the door opener that connects to your phone is a nice touch.

The storage unit is bigger than I expected. I have a 5x5.Narrrow walkway. Watch out for hidden fees. It went from $1 the first month to $49.99 after the a one time administrative fee. They force you to pay for insurance and a lock. The lock is refundable if you get your own lock. It's difficult to contact customer service. It's an okay deal.

Staff was really friendly and made the process nice and easy. I would definitely recommend, also it seem more secure than any other facility I've used each individual hallway has a coded entry which I thought was awesome.

Kelly us great and tried to help but the sq. Footage is a lie. It is 9 x 10. All of the units are 100 sq ft smaller. Is this just Public Storage? Maybe. Another one was the same. Bee prepared to not fit your goods in it.

Kelly was very friendly and knows her job well. I can't complain about the price, it's the best price I have ever had to pay for a storage unit, especially for the size I am renting.

There could be a bit more security at this facility. The management is nice, very clean and quiet. My bill is easy to pay. Thank you public storage!

I thought I was quoted the price for a month but I was actually quoted a price for two weeks. I hadn't realized that. The gates are secure. The storage was clean and roomy. Everything was what I was expecting except the price.

The exact date of your second monthly payment should be clearly explained. A call 2 weeks after I rented to tell me I am late of disconcerting to say the very least. Otherwise experience has been acceptable so far

I have been renting from Public Storage off and on for more than a decade, at several different locations in Oregon and California. I have always found great rates and wonderful, accommodating customer service. The variety of sizes offered and access and office hours are great, the facilities are clean and safe, and security is excellent.

I chose a Public Storage location close to my old home that wasn't in the best of neighborhoods. After meeting the Public Storage site manager, I got the feeling that my stored stuff would be okay. I like their policies and procedures, the site security seems very good, and the manager was very helpful, friendly and professional.
