My wife and I made the move from California back up to the Pacific Northwest in mid January. The many of you that have moved or are moving know the numerous headaches that go with it. Calling Janelle along the way on the day we were due in Portland without a place for all of our stuff, relieved one of those headaches. She was an awesome ambassador for Portland and extremely helpful with finding me the storage spot for our needs on the fly. Price, location, and staff (Janelle) were perfect and I highly recommend this facility. The units are basic but yeah, that's all you need in my opinion. Awesome spot!

The manager was the epitome of professional. Elevator is a little slow, but the moving went without a hitch. Very happy with my experience there.
