The only complaint that I would have is that the unit itself was not swept out very well or at all and there were a bunch of cobwebs besides that it looked great everything went fine

My unit was very clean. The whole building inside and out was very clean. Which is really nice because I,am one of those picky people who wants everything clean. The gentlemen who helped me at the front desk.Was really nice he showed me around and helped me. Thank You for everything that you have done. Dianna

Im so thankful the storage renting process here at public storage was not a hassle! I was in and out in about 20 mins. The front desk guy was thorough and helpful. Although some days it'd be helpful if accessing the unit past 9 o'clock was an option, it'd be great but otherwise im a satisfied customer. I've even recommended a couple friends and family members to rent from public storage

TJ made my experience a pleasure. He was very nice, very professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure I understood the terms and conditions, as well as, how to access my unit. The premises was nice and clean and my service was quick, but not rushed. #kudos

For short term storage needs.Only thing I'd,change would be later, gate hrs.

The whole experience at Public Storage was great. The online people, the online reservation and the manager were great, knowledgeable and kind.

Staff is friendly and were accommodating with the "move in" date. The grounds are a little messy, debris from trees etc, and the gutters need to be cleaned. Water running down infront of unit makes rainy day move ins and outs rather frustrating

Absolutely 1st rate customer service. I was still filling out the online form when TJ called me! He worked with me to get the paper work completed and gave a personal guided tour. Very thorough, very professional, very appreciated by me.

Good location & easy access was our main concern. This place has all of that. Treated fair and got a close in unit that works the best for us.

They conduct business the way everyone should. We were given all the correct info and were not pressured for upsales.
