Exceptional customer service. Location may not be the best but they make up for it with being friendly and helpful.

Lori was great at the lombard, portland or storage. Helpful, kind, patient and masked at all times. You have a great employee there.

Site manager Lori is great. Very helpful. There were a couple issues with the property (lights turned off while the facility is still open; entry gate breaking, keeping me trapped on the property for 20 minutes). However, the service approach is very customer-friendly. I used this facility when my daughter needed storage, and now I'm using it for my own needs. Recommended.

Wish gate hours where bettter

I am very satisfied with the attention, price and service I have received. I trust the security of the facility and enjoy the ease of access. It is also fortunate that--with so many locations--there was one so close, I can visit my vehicle and belongings easily during business hours any day of the week.

The storage outside, drive up unit I used was easy to access, clean and well maintained. The staff, particularly Lorie, were excellent - communicative, friendly, and helpful. Also, the telephone staff (who are not local) were helpful and clear out pricing, and payments. No hidden costs or agenda, all up front. I will use Public Storage again.

There were no units available for the size I needed but the employee was able to give me one a little smaller for a huge savings for me. And all my stuff fit with room to spare!! Very satisfied customer, Heide Svec.

Broken glass was left in the driving area between storage units. I asked 2 times in person and one time by phone to have it cleaned up so I didn't have to drive through it every time I visited. It was never cleaned up in 3 months. I was told "someone works with glass in that unit." I said well they should clean it up then, but never got any results. The entrance gate was broken for an extended period of time too. That's something that should have been repaired immediately.

We rent two parking spaces at your N. Lombard location in Portland, OR. Up until recently we have been happy. But when we rented the second space the manager told us she would have the space cleaned up before we "moved in". When we arrived a day later the space was full of trash from the previous tenants. We had to remove most of it ourselves. Additionally the space is covered in moss and leaves and looks like it has not be really cleaned in years. The next time we were there we noticed that the razor and barbed wire near our space had been cut. So we pointed it out to the manager who told us they knew about it and had ordered new razor wire and it would fixed within the week. That was over 2 weeks ago and the razor wire is still missing. The last issue is that I arrived one morning to find someone sleeping in their van in the lot. I would like to think the manager will do what she says, but so far it feels like lip service. We are now actively looking for 2 new spaces. Thanks, Ian Lomax
