Needs more carts available for use

I don't like the price hikes. The come on price was great but as with all the storage units, price goes up then up again. The rooms are really easy to navigate! No elevators, long hallways to travel through just to get to your room!!

The unit was inside, and upstairs. Neither of these things were noted in the description of the space. It took some time to look around the property looking for what would open with my access code.

I prefer to have some in person human contact - but that just wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t going to happen. Was able to figure it all out though. So it all worked out well.

Good deal 10 ×5 fit the whole compartment

Needed a small space to store the extra totes sue to limited apt space and it fits the bill at a price that doesn't break the bank.

Please gets carts. Otherwise nice.

Easy to reserve a unit on line, and easy to make an appointment to go in to rent it. Good hours, clean clean area, very friendly and efficient staff.

Randi is a great manager. Price rocks for the high quality and clean storage.

Nice facility. Quite secure. Great location. Not heated, but the indoor storage is comfortable and dry. Accessible during most hours when you want access to storage.

I thought Randi was amazing and very kind, it was easy to find what i wanted without hastle or complaint. I felt valued as a customer and a person in general. She deserves a pay raise, might be a different story if it wasnt for her spectacular customer service skills.

I've only been in the storage unit for 2 days and all seems well. The onsite manager was very helpful and kind.

If reservations are done online they should be available on check in date. Your people shouldn't have to try to work things out and make accommodations for something that's already set up...

I was forced to make a sudden move, and fortunately Public Storage was right down the street. When talking to the CS REP, he was very understanding of my situation and worked to get me the best service I could afford at the time. Thank you David! When arriving at my unit at Public Storage, the onsite manager was just as helpful and compassionate to my situation. She made sure that she was available for me as I was feeling very sadden by the current situation and my transition easier. Thank you Randi!

Finding affordable storage when you need it (quick) can be a major pain. As luck would have it there was a Public Storage conveniently close by. $1 for first months rent, who can beat that! The location was close, the price was right, and the staff was extremely helpful. Randi made a stressful rush move into a more calm and well executed move. Randi you ROCK! Thanks for being so friendly and personable. Even though this location is a bit further away from my new residence, if I ever need storage again they are now my go to storage station. Convenient, clean, secure and safe. What more can I say.

Randi, the manager, is highly competent and friendly and no-nonsense. All of those are qualities rather helpful to have in her position. She knows the ropes and made my move-in smooth. I like that I have my own code for entering the storage space and for getting the elevators to work. Lots of space for the price.

The women at the desk was very helpful and nice. Reserving and changing space based on need was easy simple.

I found the process to be efficient and I am confident that my property will be safe. The property manager is very solid and helpful.
