Customer service on check in was extremely helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and was very helpful in making my move in very easy.

Tammy was great. She was patient with all my questions, it was refreshing to be helped without the portland attitude.

THIS IS THE 3RD REVIEW I'VE BEEN ASKED TO DO. . .I said before and say again. . .Quality Staff, friendly and professional . . Seems to be a safe and quality facility. . .but it's only been a couple days.

Very up front about all fees and prices, made sure that I saw the actual unit to be used before finalizing anything. Ensured I was satisfied with the space. Deanna was most excellent.

The staff is wonderful and the place was clean and well maintained. They did not try to sell me a bigger unit or anything I didn't need.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! The onsite manager is fantastic - extremely helpful and pleasant. The prices are great. The property is spotless. My only complaint thus far is that there are no dollies or carts! My unit is at the end of a hallway and I have to carry everything which will not be easy. Other than that, great!

My Father has been renting with Public Storage for quite a while and in the times that i have gone with him I've seen this property not so well maintained. I went into the office today to get some boxes and found that not only is the property starting to look much better but so does the office. I asked the manager about it and she tills me that she the new property manager and her main focus is not only taking care of her customer's but the property as well. I have to say that i really like what she's doung so far. This is a great place to store your belongings. Thank you Stacie gor all your hard work to make tbis location bot only loom better but feel safe.

Absolute great, friendly, thorough, fast, & accommodating. Great move in price & specials!! Although people need to stop being trifling thief's so they could resupply customers with carts.

Went on line and filled out required information before going to the storage site. Went over paper work, and agreement, and paid for rental, and was ready to move my stuff in. Simple and fast.

David the manager went above and beyond for me. The storage facility is clean, and very secure. I really appreciate how easy it was to come in and rent a place. I never I mean I never give 5 star review to too many businesses but David the manager at the Public Storage in Tigard was AMAZING, he went out of his way for me. My soon to be ex, was trying to act like he had authorization to get into my storage, David cut him off at the pass, for lack of a better word. He contacted me immediately and then help me with a whole bunch of alternative of how to proceed. This guy had all the answers, he truly had my back. I would highly recommend going to Public Storage and asking for David, they had a great special to get in and the rates were very responsible compared to other places. Thank you thank you, L

The manager called to verify my reservation and even though he was on his way out the door he stayed until I got there to complete my reservation. He was very friendly and helpful!

All storage facilities are expensive, but I find PS is clean with professional management

I had gone to a different Public Storage last week and didn't get a very good vibe. Went to a different one because the price and deal was much better. Met a man named David today and he helped me through the whole process. He was real smooth and very welcoming. He answered every question I had. He made me feel very comfortable. The only thing I wish the websites had was a list of the whole process of getting the storage and everything you had to pay for. I had never rented a storage unit. I'm only 20 and very new to all of this. But David was great to work with. I definitely recommend going to this site.

My experience with Public Storage has always been with your facility on Hwy 99 in Tigard. I have worked with David for years and am currently moving from a small to a larger unit. David really knows the business, is very through, but provides great service with a good sense of humor. Maybe I am old fashioned, but the relationship between the service person and customer is almost more important than the facility. He is a great asset to your company, thank you.

David at Public Storage provided me with excellent customer service! His willingness in working with me in reserving a unit and providing assistance the day I arrived has sold me on using Public Storage to provide me with the storage that I need from now on! David & Public Storage made relocation from out of state "a breeze!"
