Great experience. The rental process was very easy and quick. The facility manager, Sarah, was friendly, professional and very efficient. She answered all my questions and made sure I rented an appropriate unit. The units at the facility are extremely clean and tidy and they exceeded my expectations. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Kelly was the one helping me out that day. And I arrived 30 minutes before they were going to close and I thought he would be upset but Kelly was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others, the service here was superb!

I reserved it as I was being shown the unit and everything went smoothly. Of course I knew what to expect I have rented from Public Storage many times over the years.

We have been customers for 10 years and it has always been a very good experience. The location is very handy to other businesses which makes it easy to run by if you need to. The property is very well lighted and maintained. All of the managers have been very personable and helpful. No complaints.

The experience was quick, easy and I got what I need at a reasonable price!

So far been pleased with public storage. It's well lite outside and inside the hall ways. I like how you need a code to get in and out. There's security which makes me feel safe. Pricing isn't too bad. And Laurie are the office is super sweet and fun.

Great customer service at both this location and also the other Tigard location off 99W across from Bi-Mart- both managers are great to work with and I would recommend either location for your storage needs.

This facility is fantastic. I've rented units from Public Storage at different locations in different states and was a bit hesitant to rent from the company again because of past experiences. After a search online, they had the best price for what I needed and so I decided to give them another try. Glad I did! The manager was great at getting me in and started and my unit is great. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The staff were honest and helpful but they refuse to prorated the storage space. I only need 1 extra day and they want to charge me another $300. I won't be back.

Very helpful, clean and impressive

Everyone (managers) I spoke with were very helpful - finding right location, right size unit, keeping cost affordable, and reducing stress. Really appreciated their skill and kindness.

I have been pleased with the Public Storage unit I am using. Two things are of concern. The first is that I was concerned about the story where someone had a Public Storage unit that was broken into from inside through the wall. The news story indicated that PS did not do very well by the unit's renter. The second item of concern is the insurance coverage that was offered. I had hoped for more after that story.
