Extended access hours allow you to visit your storage unit on your schedule. Convenient for Residents and Businesses Amazon Lockers are available on-site for easy package pickups and returns. Business customers benefit from the post office located across the street, which makes managing deliveries and shipments especially convenient. Moving truck rentals are available, and packing and moving supplies can be purchased on-site. With professional on-site managers and no deposits or administrative fees, storing with us in NW Portland is straightforward and stress-free. Expensive, no bathrooms, no outlets, locked gate with no access, no a/c, barely any heat and petty management practices. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so many other places without any nonsense. Why bother with this place -thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no perks.

Space was perfect- easy to get to, secure, and customer service was great at setting it up and responding to my questions. Good deal on a 3 month rental, most affordable I could find in Portland for a smaller unit.

ItГўв‚¬в„ўs only heated, and itГўв‚¬в„ўs crazy hot in a giant metal box essentially. Also they locked all of the bathrooms off permanently so that the Гўв‚¬Е“riffraffГўв‚¬Вќ donГўв‚¬в„ўt try to use the bathroom, as the manager explained. . how entitled of them. Oh also fire exit is completely blocked so I hope thereГўв‚¬в„ўs not a fire while youГўв‚¬в„ўre in there, or youГўв‚¬в„ўll have to just die, because the door is blocked to keep out the riff raff, and the only way out is the elevator. Which obviously wouldnГўв‚¬в„ўt work in the event of a fire. Oh and the second gate and door are as well for the same reason. And itГўв‚¬в„ўs pricey, but they have good monthly discounted rates, like 50 off for 3 months, etc, so itГўв‚¬в„ўs affordable for 3 months. No security at night either. Office is open from 10ish to 6 sharp and thatГўв‚¬в„ўs where youГўв‚¬в„ўll need to ask to please use their office bathroom if youГўв‚¬в„ўre entitled and have to pee. Gate access till 10pm though.

After dealing with an utter debacle with Extra Space storage I decided to give these guys a chance and boy am I glad I did. The facility, whilst still under construction is still one of the best I've ever seen. Every unit is alarm secured and monitored 24/7 so you know your stuff will stay safe, and the staff if friendly, professional,and willing to do whatever they can to ensure that your experience with them is a positive one. Love this place
