One elevator is broken one side gate does not open, but the interior is clean and price is good. You have to find someone in the office to check out a cart, which is not always easy.

Nicole and Luis were amazing and made the process super easy. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The facility is kept very clean and the elevator and halls are big enough to acomódate couches and mattresses.

I struggle with a crippling disability and have never been treated with more respect and helpfulness. Lynn treated me kindly, honored my requests, and put up with an old lady that knew what she had to store but couldn't figure out quite what she needed unit size-wise. I drug her around and she spent every minute I needed explaining the benefits of her storage facility. Now I am a lifelong Trojan Storage fan. The staff was very detail oriented Lynn was amazing units were clean and priced well I only wish for longer access times cause I work rotating shifts .

Paula is very friendly and helpful. She explained everything well, walked us to the storage unit, and made sure we knew how to get back if we had questions or needed help. I feel happy with my choice!

Very nice employee's, but ive had a hard time getting access to my unit since my wife passed away, because our unit is in her name. I believe my daughter got the issue fixed but it still has been an inconvenience.

I wish I could of let my boyfriend move my stiff there while I was bedridden after my surgery but was adamant that I had to be there in person to verify my identity.so this had prolonged my time and now have to risk injury to play cate them.

Overall the staff was very helpful and professional, which made the transition seamless and less stressful than it normally would be. I was in a bit of a situation where I needed a storage unit right now and the cheap one because I had another storage unit in Vancouver that just had recently more than doubled my rent from $38 to $72 for the exact same size unit. I needed to make sure that my things were secure and safe and nobody could have access to them but me and she made it more than comfortable for me and safe for me and reassuring to me that nobody but nobody with my vehicle is going to come through that gate with my access code unless she talks to them and that they're on cameras and she lives on site I feel very safe and secure there and my belongings I know are safe there. And they have restrooms for their tenants two beautiful nice big restrooms for our use while we are there doing our storage needs and that is so nice most places don't and it's so clean I really really like this storage unit there. In fact my father just passed away and I'm going to be in the need of a large storage unit currently he's at a competitors renting a 12x30 or 766 a month and that is ridiculous so I'm going to come talk to the girls about it and see what we can do.

Fantastic experience. I had to do a quick move-in. I was on a serious time constraint and the manager answered all my questions and even some I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize I needed to know. She put my mind at ease and made a stressful situation less harrowing.

Customer service is okay I like the securitys

I had one of the best experiences I've had here involving storage. The facility was very clean and felt safe. The on site manager was polite, informative and had overall wonderful customer service. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for storage. Also the price was lower then other places I looked into in the area.

The only thing not cleaned in the storage facility was the carts and elevators (looked like drywall dust on both). Other than that, the only other complaint I wanted to bring up is that the carts are quite tiny and roll worse than Walmart shopping carts. Investing in better, larger carts would definitely help reduce risk of items/furniture falling off and banging against walls due to poor steering. Aside from that, I'm very pleased with the storage unit. The lady in the office was very nice and seems to have plenty of knowledge of running a storage facility.

The facility looks great, very clean!

Clean friendly and smooth transition. Only thing is the gates lock at 9 pm. You can still get in at 9 pm. I feel like that's strange. Should let you out at least 15 minute leeway. With the security they have it could run all night. Lots of security features.

I really appreciated the cleanliness, security, and helpfulness of the staff here. Good value, although please note that a small monthly insurance premium is required on top of the rental rate.
