Skeptical client
During day I filled out paperwork and returned after hours to unload a truck. To my surprise there was no carts available for use. Even after I was told there would be. I'm handicapped and can't move 1 box at a time to the 3rd floor over and over 100 times a trip. It is very inconvenient because now I have another truck coming today so I'll be backed up horribly..

I felt very comfortable renting a unit with the woman that helped me she was very kind and stayed a little late so I could rent the unit he day I went in to. I am very thankful to her cause my situation for getting a unit sucks but she made it just that much better for me
