Storage facility is conveniently located and easy to access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Multiple security points can be tedious, but also gives a sense of added security and protection for your belongings. My only real complaint is that my supposed 5x10 unit is actually only 4.25x9 ft. The missing space isn't drastic but would've provided a little wiggle room in the unit
