I would recommend this place to others.

We were assigned a basement unit, which stays cool even in 90 temps! The units are clean, new and well-kept. The office staff is helpful and accommodating. So far, so good!

Our unit price has been raised three times since we rented it. Booked through their website and was advertised a 10 x 10 for $129 with a $30 off per month for booking online and the person we spoke to assured us the unit would be $99 for as long as we had it. Then a month or so later we got a bill for $129 and when I called they told me that I should not have been given that price and that it was incorrect. We were given another month for $99 and then after that it was raised to $129. Approximately 6 months later (April '22) we received an email saying the unit price would be going up to $149. Then this morning we got another email saying our rate was going up to $219 a month. Seventy dollar price hike?! And they hardly ever answer the phone.

We were already paying $125 a month for a 7.5’ x 10’ unit. Just received an email saying ‘they regret to inform me of the tough decision to raise unit prices,’ so my unit will now be $160/month. That is an insane price hike.

Sparefoot did not let me know that a five-by-five is actually $69 a month no matter what their site says it is not $49 a month and you have to buy your own insurance or they'll provide some for you a lot more expensive than it says on your website but when I got to the storage facility the person was helpful in nice and I decide to move right in

What can I say, the price is great and the place is so easy to move into with parking next to the elevator and moving carts. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean. I definitely recommend this location.

Clean facility with elevators that require a pin to access. Feel secure leaving my belongings there. The employee who helped me was prepared for my move-in and polite. Also has proper social distancing measures in place which I appreciate.

I found the experience and the facility what I expected except for one employee who seemed clueless. Clean, state of the art really. But to have an employee ignore my safety that way was disappointing.

Staff offered full and accurate information on the phone and were personable and knowledgeable when we showed up. Facility is a year old and perfectly clean and well-lit. Did not feel grody in the least.

The customer service agent I spoke with on the phone looked around town to find me the best deal, I never expected to pay under $100/month on a unit but West Coast has exceeded my expectations! The price is great, the facilities are easy to navigate, the paperwork process was simple and direct, and I feel safe knowing my belongings are here.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. They have all the boxes and materials I will need for packing my stuff. The pricing is very good even after the initial low price promotion.

This facility is new and very secure and clean. One issue that they didn't think about was that dollies are supposed to be available for all, but if they are all taken to a certain floor and are left there, no one else can get to them, because your key code only gives you access to YOUR floor.

Best price I could find in town. I was able to book and get a storage unit in a day. Also a very professional and kind staff.

I recently moved stuff into one of their storage units. Their website is intuitive and simple to use. After reserving my unit they called me a friend to speed up my move-in process which was very helpful. They walked me through everything over the phone and explained how their company worked since I was new to owning a storage unit. I was very impressed by their customer service and I would recommend them to anyone who is new to owning a storage unit because they were so helpful.

Hello, my name's Alex Smith. I recently acquired a 10x10 unit from you guys at the 17th & McLoughlin location in SE Portland. I just want to say, I've rented a few storage units around Portland and the surrounding area and this location was by far the most neat and functional location I have been to, ever! The Drive up is nice and open with plenty of room to get in and out. They have rolling carts available for customers which is very very helpful. And multiple elevators that stay open for you and are very easy to use and also very safe and only allow you to enter the floor your storage unit is on. Not to mention I was there for a total of 15 minutes and had the paperwork filled out and a brief tour of the facility and my storage unit. The storage units are very nice and have metal walls instead of plywood which is cool and im sure helps to prevent fires spreading if their ever was one. I was also very impressed with the customer service at this location. The guy who helped me was very professional and helpful and answered every question I had on the spot. He made the process very easy and was very kind. The location is out of the way of busy roads and very easy to get to and get around and overall is the best storage unit facility I've used. Thanks again!

This tacitly is newer and everything is very clean and bright. I like the security setup for accessing the building and floors within the building. The person helping me complete the setup process was friendly and informative. The cost is a great value for my area, so far very happy with this place.
