Stephanie answered all my questions, the unit was ready and available for me. My only complaint is that I can’t lift the door all the way. It it possible but it catches in the last couple feet and I’m not strong enough to push it the last bit. ???? Otherwise everything is great.

I enjoyed the service from both sparefoot and the storage facility! Customer service was amazing and the price was right where I wanted it to be. The unit was ready for move in and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with my new unit!

I needed to switch from a small unit to a larger one. The agent was soooooo nice and helpful. I had prepaid my small unit so she transferred my balance to the new unit, took care of the paperwork and generally got everything taken care of in no time at all. Prices are high everywhere but the facility is clean and secure and customer service could not have been better. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier.

Placed my reservation from information on-line - the store manager called me back and confirmed everything - have great text with all the information I needed - went to secure my load and found the 10 x 10 without any problem - the key was inside the storage shed - there was a light inside which really helped because I often use my storage shed at night. So everything was done without contact. Security when entering and leaving.

Easy reservation process, convenient payment options, simplified move in. The only thing that would be more helpful would be better numbering for each building (not the individual units, just the buildings themselves).

Public Storage is affordable and convenient and it was so easy to get a unit. Customer service was great too.

I'm was the best experience I ever had with my angry 3 year old. The lady that helped me went above and beyond to make my 3 year old daughter happy. That doesn't happen to often.

Vanessa was friendly and knowledgable. She helped me make sure that I got a unit big enough for my needs, but didn't overpay for a huge amount of space that I wouldn't use. She made me laugh as we did the golf cart tour of the place, and showed me where I would be entering (and then pointed out that she realized a different door was closer and made sure to show me it from the outside as well so I could find my way). She made a completely reasonable suggestion about a purchase which led to me getting it and not feeling pressured and like she was upselling, just being a helpful employee. This is my first storage unit and she has definitely made me a solid customer!

Reserved a unit online which made it quick when I went in to pay . Also the helped I received when I went in was quick and and courteous.

Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product . Really impressed with how she made sure I knew about all of the products available for the protection of my storage unit and items being stored.

I called in a suspicious activity where 2 shady dudes where cutting locks on bikes and trailers and after callin it in I left 20 min later and still no one xhecked..not sure what will result but I hope nothing was lost...

.When you're talking about customer service you talking about the best not only did they make sure I had what I needed and that the size with appropriate they also made sure that their kindness and customer service spoke loudly!!

From my first contact with Vanessa one of the property managers, I was so impressed with the clear and friendly way she gave me information. This was both by phone and when I went into the front office. Her manner was very professional and yet, as I said, friendly or welcoming. The unit was clean and well priced. I recommend this location for storage needs and would choose it again.

This is a good spot for most of Salem, just off the freeway and near Lancaster mall. The staff we're really nice, Tia was great! Prices are about the same as all others, otherwise very happy with this location.

Would've preferred a lower cost. We got a 5x10 for around $90, when there were other places around $40-$70 for the same size. We only went with Public Storage because we were tired of driving around, and the places that were cheaper were less convenient and didn't seem as secure or decent. Tia was great; she is a person you can look forward to seeing! We thought we would need bigger than a 5x10, but it turned out to be the perfect size. Thank you, Public Storage, for being able to accommodate us quickly!

They replied to me quickly. Held storage for me without asking everything about myself or asking for my money first. I had my compartment and moved in that day. Saved me a lot of stress.

The Public Storage location at 280 Lancaster Dr NE in Salem, Oregon lived up to my expectations of a nationally known storage facility. Good security, no problem with access, reasonably priced, competently staffed. The 10 x 10 storage space itself is part of a large multiple-unit shed where each space has its own exterior roll-up door. I would have preferred an inside, climate controlled space, but this was the best I could find on very short notice.

The on-site manager was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about all services. I would recommend public storage to everyone!

I appreciate that I was contacted to acknowledge that they were expecting me and ready for my business. It made me feel at ease that I would be able to move my belonging without a worry. I feel secure as well.

I was quoated one price online with a conformation and when i went actually pay for my storage locker it was almost double price what i had to pay, but when it comes to my stuff being secure i give it an A

The online reservation process was easy and convenient. The property manager was very professional and quick with the rental process. I am very happy with decision to rent at this location.

This was a very fast experience, the lady was nice and understanding .prices are mid-range but the hours are good. The insurance caught me by surprise so including that in bold print would be nice ,not everyone will have the extra money readily available...

Did the reservation from out of state and when I arrived everything was all ready, unit was clean and office staff was great, filled out paper work and was into unloading within 20 min. Thanks for making everything so smooth !!

I was very much not please to learn the $1 sign that hangs on the side of the building is not always honored. If that is the case, the sign should not be hanging there until that price is honored.
