I was impressed the place was clean the staff was polite

I needed a place immediately and in the middle of a severe ice storm, Manager Kelsey came to my rescue. The facilities power was out, but as soon as it came on she called so I could deliver my item to the space. Very pleasant and accommodating even though she herself was going through her own troubles as a large tree had snapped branches which had broken her homes window.

The manager/Agent, Kelsey was terrific! She escorted me to my storage area for my camper and by the time I had dropped the trailer and got back to the office she had everything ready to go. It was a quick in and out. LOVED IT! Thank you Kelsey!

The reimbursement for insurance when not needed was poorly handed. No reason behind the non refunding of money.

Great rates and friendly & hepful staff made process easy. Outdoor unit was clean and under cover that was great winter moving. They also had taller clothes boxes we couldn't find at Lowes or Staples.

When choosing available units online, the minimum insurance and the one time set up fee are not indicated, so I ended up paying more than expected.

So far, everything is great. I've only had the storage locker a day, but the process of getting it was very easy. I don't expect any problems to come up.

All is ok except price.

The receptionist was curtious and showed integrity. Loves her job? Took us by golf cart to show us which rv spaces were available n gave us our choice. Really nice and personable n professional. Glad we chose public storage. Was also at least $ 50.00 or more cheaper than anybody else.Thank you Public Storage you fit our rv needs. The Eldredges.

Despite being very busy, the woman in the office was very knowledgable and helpful. She had a lot to deal with, but did it quite efficiently. My storage/parking area was better than I expected. Great experience!

Wanted to let you know that the maps on the third floor do not have a "you are here at location marked". For a brand-new users like myself this information would be vital to not get lost in your facility like I did. Ty

I have had a storage unit here for over 3 years. When I had to move and put all my stuff from a 2 bedroom moble. They helped me get into a bigger storage unit on site with in the time frame that I had. Employee's are very friendly and have always worked with me if I called to inform them that I would be late with rent.

Gladys was very friendly, and a great help! I have recommended this company and location to several friends and family members. I am very glad that I got my storage unit at the Liberty Road location!

Really good units real cheap

I looked at a few places and they were the only one that had the size I needed. But the ceiling of our unit has the insulation hanging out. Dude at the counter said I would not be charged. The coupon promotion they had did not apply because of it being the last one. Dont advertise the coupon if you are not going to give it to me. I wish the were open longer. The gate should close at 12am instead of 9 for those that dont get off until late. Office guy was a little rude. Lock was way too expensive and they madee buy it even though I had my own.

To be honest I like the location and all of your security features. I like knowing that my stuff is pretty much safe. However, like many I'm sure the 10 by 10 I have is really expensive. I think a more reasonable price for sometime like I have would be closer to $90 bucks a month. I'm not a rich oerson and I am just trying to get by right now and I would appreciate it if I could get a little lower rate due to high inflation costs of everything in this world today. Even a good military discount would be outstanding for us Veterans who chose to use your faculty. That would be a good Marketing gig especially for those who just got out of Active Duty. Thank you for your time.

I did an online reservation and the associate at the storage unit on Liberty returned my call to set up my appointment even before I logged off the computer....very fast service. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable.....outstanding customer service! I vacated my unit yesterday, 12-17-14. When I went to check out the employee was out of the office so I was going to come back a little later to tell them I was all moved out. Ten minutes later I received a phone call from the employee stating she just completed a lock check and noticed that my lock was missing and that I had vacated the unit so she was going to check me out and to let her know if this information was not correct. I was amazed at how quickly she noticed I vacated and felt very reassured that they do regular checks of the facility. Outstanding service. Very happy and grateful that the employee followed up to make sure someone had not broken into my unit and that I did indeed vacate the unit. Great service....would use this location again in a heartbeat!

Every time I have gone to my storage unit, I have received exceptional service, no matter who was behind the front desk. I have gone in there frustrated, flustered and calm and each time the ladies relate and treat me with dignity and respect. The safety of this location is also what drew me. Anytime I've been there and something was amiss, immediate attention was given to it. Five out of Five stars.

Site is ok although not as clean as before, assistance in office is great, very personable. BUT WHY DOES PUBLIC STORAGE CONTINUALLY TRY TO RAISE MY RENT WHEN I PAY BY AUTOMATIC PAYMENT OVER MANY, MANY YEARS WITHOUT FAIL, without being late, without hassles.? It is so very annoying to have to call to readjust my rent all the time--why? I have had a space since 2009, and have down sized, and may find another place altogether because of this.
