The place is clean and new. Very easy to rent online and move in without having to see someone in the office. Units and property are clean and tidy. Prices are adorable and better then most places around.

New facility, however exit gate box/pole is broken. Post must be repaired/secured so it will not move. Also might ask customer for unit location preference before randomly assigning space.

We were moving back to PA from SC and Jamie helped us all the way through the process. I had no problem getting in the gate or finding our unit.

My home was sold very quickly and I had more things than would fit in my house. With next day storage, I have to rate them an A+. Friendly customer service. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m well satisfied!!

I was able to see what this facility had available online. I was also able to reserved a 10x20 on the website. Went to facility to finalize the paperwork and take a look at my spot. Ron was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found out that this facility is pretty brand new..I was the very first customer in the 10x20 ever! Which was kind of cool.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very pleased with my unit 10x30 fit everything I needed to get in it. Place was clean as a whistle and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only regret is the place wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t closer however Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m satisfied with everything else

I couldn't get a storage unit near where I live because everyone was booked solid. Load and Lock Storage on Meckesville Rd. was out of my way but the specials made it worth getting. I received the 1st month free and the unit was a 10 x 15 for the price of a 5 x 10. I didn't know about the insurance fee before going to the office to rent a unit. So I only had enough money to pay for the Admin Fee and the Lock. The office girl Shyanne waived the insur. fee so I was able to still get my unit the same day. I was very pleased with her commitment to keeping customers happy. It was very clean and the doors were easily opened and closed. I would recommend this facility to everyone I know.
