I had originally booked with a different storage place, but they fluctuate their pricing, which is ridiculous. I called public storage, and they were great! Very helpful and the facility is clean. The only downside is you can't access it after ten p m.

Public Storage and their onboarding partner, Sparefoot, exceeded ALL of my expectations in starting my first time storage rental. The Public app is phenomenal, the communication is often and clear; the content of the communication seemed to anticipate any questions that I had and gave me 100% reassurance that the storage unit would be ready, clean and first day access would be smoothâ€¦AND IT WAS!!!
