Isis showed me a unit that I might be interested in, she was very polite and helpful. The service was quick and easy, I would definitely be back and recommend her.

The place is nice. It's a little bit dated. The need to address the drainage system when it's below freezing temps outside. Large iceberg in front of drain where you walk in to store your items. Possibility for slipping and falling.

Megan was great at explaining everything and going over paperwork. I have used Public Storage in the past. This facility seemed a bit older as the polls made it harder to maneuver some of the articles that I had. Also the string to the overhead light was to short for anyone to reach. Im hoping it gets taken care of as i am a female senior who may be going back and forth getting stuff. All in all it was good for storage.

Was told the carts arent available after 530. I arrived at 540. Some people dont work bankers hours and its unfair to pay a premium price for a storage unit and not get to use the amenities that come with it. When my term is up I am not coming back nor recommending it. I had thought I was making a good decision.

Great location for my needs. Service was good and the manager Meghan went out of her way to be nice even when some "challenging" customers were barking nasty remarks at her. She kept her cool and was polite and very professional.

Very easy to sign up under short notice, Meghan was super friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and was great with helping me determine the space I needed. Prices are better than other places I looked at. Only issue is getting our of their main driveway, but that has nothing to do with them, just a busy road.

I had such an issue with my movers moving my things into storage. Meghan was extremely helpful, to the point of letting me keep my cat (in her carrier) in the air conditioned office because things were taking too long, and it was too hot outside. I highly recommend Public Storage, and this Bensalem location, in particular.
