I called and made reservation over the phone and was sent email confirming price. Then a day before I was to move in the manager called me and said the monthly price was too and they were charging me $20 more per month. It was too late for me to make other plans so I had to accept the increase. Very unprofessional!

Clean storage unit. Excellent customer service. I have one issue - the unit is advertised as 10' x 15'. And it's not really close to that. The unit I have is not 14'10", or 14'6"....it's barely 14' in length. I'm storing a car in this unit, so that's important. It just barely fits. And occasionally I'd like to swap out the vehicle with another car. I don't think that car will fit in the unit.

Very Welcoming and Reasonably Priced

I rented a storage from here over 2 years ago and there was no doubt that i would use them again. The staff is friendly and so accommodating. They offer a better price than others that i saw before and now. Its safe, easy to manouver around and i feel safe.

Looked at many. Chose this facility... hands down.

I went to see a few units before I saw this unit and by far it was the cleanest unit I'd seen. The whole area where it's located is kept clean and is very safe. I was happy with the customer service; they were very helpful and very friendly.

I'm making a cross country move- needed an inexpensive place to store the bulk of my belongings while I get set up in my new home. Spare foot was the cheapest most convenient option. Customer service has been great and thorough. Would recommend to anyone.

The facility is very secure and clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and got me checked into my unit quickly. The pricing on the 5x5 climate controlled unit seemed a little high, but they did give me half off my first month.

Daniel (the property manager) was very helpful with the move-in process. He walked me through the contract and the lease with patience and clarity, and made the whole process pain free. I would definitely recommend.

I would recommend it based upon price alone. The storage unit was at least as big as what I was told it would be. My issues are that I do not believe that the gates provide enough security, there is not a convenient bathroom and there were not flatbed dollys to help us move items to the unit.

new to renting storage. thought the facility provided locks on doors. for the price you pay this should be included. not happy to shell out more money. Also. there is poor lighting for after dark hours. had to use headlight from cars. bad idea. Someone could get hurt..

Staff was very friendly and professional. Showed me a unit that was available, explained the operation, because I am first time self-storage user. Got a 2nd month free promotion discount. Fees are very competitive. Only wish is that they have a large cart for transporting items from car to the unit.
