We needed a storage short notice. We were able to get our storage unit and move in within a day of contacting them. The rates are very reasonable for the area. I also love the online options available for making payments, seeing due dates, and updating my information 24/7. I would recommend this facility.

I had an external source locate my unit. The decision was easy, any other facility was charging $30/month more for the size I needed. I received reminders from selfstorage about their check-in hours throughout the week which was really helpful. Tammy, the woman who runs the place, left me a voicemail the day prior to move in to let me know my unit was on hold. Literally everything with my move went wrong except for the unit. I was a day late showing up and Tammy reassured me it was no problem. Her office was all festive and the whole process was easy and appropriately priced. Thanks, guys!!

Convenient location, easy to get in and out of. Staff corrected minor glitch quickly and with a smile. A pleasure to do business with. Storage unit easy to get into, dry and clean. Mine is for short term, but I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility for the long term.
