The reservation rep said the unit I wanted was 3x4x8, I went to facility and it was a half sized unit, the floor was chest high. Not acceptable. But, Lynne, the second person I talked to was superb, handled it like a pro, got me into a suitable unit, absolutely perfect.

Would rent again. Would just like better directions for the actual unit.

Extremely disappointed in access to storage through a overhead door. Had a hospital bed i had to sell because I couldn't get it through a common door.

I moved my mother from Arizona to Pennsylvania. I needed a place to put some of her things while we waited for her house to be sold. The process was so easy I could hardly believe it. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful and the facility is very clean and secure. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked me, but this is the internet so I guess that is you!
