Easy reservation and move-in process

I needed something quick and fast and by prime in Phillipsburg NJ helped me out. Paperwork was easy. My unit was what I needed and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to shop around on price. The price was exactly in the range I was B looking for. Recommend Prime to anyone in need of storage

The gate didn't take my code but Dominic got the gate open and was very helpful getting me in.

I placed my reservation through my phone and within hours got a phone call from a representative who upgraded me to a bigger unit with a nice discount for the first month. When I went in person to take a look at the unit because this is my first time ever doing anything like this, the two gentlemen at the office were very kind and very helpful. When I take a look at the unit it needed to be swept, and they quickly took care of this, which is a positive sign that they take care of these units . On move in date when I had a question the gentleman at the front was quick to answer and help me out. If I had to pick one thing that could improve would be the price, but I am paying for the convenience of being close to the storage unit and I understand that the economy is going through some kind of struggle. Overall, I do recommend the storage unit to anyone who is looking for storing their belongings until they find a permanent place for their property.

Dead mice inside the unit no one available for assistance on locks or moving supplies. Also access code doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. Would not recommend

Convenient to where I live and the staff is super helpful.Having to put most of your life in storage is never easy but prime storage has helped make it as painless as possible. Convenient hours to access my units helps to no end and the staff is ready with any and all concerns. Highly recommended.

Good service, but too expensive

My original agreement with the Manager of the facility was I could store 2 small vehicles in a large RV outdoor space in this facility After over a year of storage paid, I was then informed that only 1 car was allowed. The rules apparently change as new Managers arrive. As I arrived to move my property, I discovered my trailer and vehicle were being used to store an amount of trash that could fill a small dumpster. Someone else threw their trash on and IN my trailer and vehicle There are No security cameras are present in that area, and at the ti,e I discovered this It was actually intimated that I was the owner of that trash!: "how do we know whose trash this is". So, no outdoor security cameras, rates were raised twice, many requests via phone and email for proof of Insurance, and original agreements that change with no explanations why other than "That manager doesn't work here anymore"

The employees are very courteous and helpful. Their rental fees are comparable to others in the area. They have recently replaced the doors to the units.

The desk clerk Kim was very accommodating to our needs, having to allow for the 18 -wheeler which was to deliver our move. She was kind and patient and flexible in the process. The unit we ended up with was very satisfactory and clean.

So far, the kiosk was a good experience. The live support was great. However, here I sit with a lock and a gate code and I get unknown code-denied! Called live support again, they say 15-30 min to activate. The person next to me in parking lot got her code yesterday. Same result. They canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do anything remotely, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s Saturday and they arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open until 10am Monday! We have 3 cars loaded and here we sit. Not happy!

I think you need to be more clear about the price in the begging, i didn't know about insurance fees. He get me by surprise with the fee and was late, that's why i sign the contract but i'm not staying long, with insurance include i can find unites the same size for about 20 less.
