Over priced. Very hard to get ahold of someone after hrs. Should have a later time of entry in the evening, especially over the summer

They are very friendly and helpful

Decent units for decent price, easy navigation to rent a unit, make payments, get in and out of facility, feel safe with my belongings here knowing they have cameras to monitor, gates that need code to enter, etc. Would like to see hours to enter my unit expand, maybe back to 24/hrs access with gate code. Depending on costumers needs, availability, etc the hours arent accommodating.

Worst experience ever. I lasted less than a month. Where to begin. No one is on site EVER to talk to. Poor communication just to move in. Then… Within 2 days I got an email I had 24 hours to change my lock because it was ‘non-compliant’ or they would cut it off. No reason WHY it was ~ just that it was. The funniest part - I messaged and called as to why it was ~ since it was the EXACT lock almost everyone had. I also asked for more than one day to change it AFTER they explained why it was non-compliant so I can get a ‘compliant’ one and that I couldn’t drive over in 24 hours ~ I was working. NO ONE got back to me explain how a brinks lock that was the same one as everyone else was using was not acceptable. Why not explain in detail what the issue is the same day you send the threatening 24 hours notice to change it ~ so people know all the details. And if you are not going to do that ~ get people explaining it. I found a place 5 miles away with actual people on the premise 5 days a week and when they saw the lock I used ~ laughed and said it was a standard brinks storage lock. I had no issue if it was the ‘wrong’ lock ~ I did have issue no explanation as to why and then give the person 24 hours to drop everything and rush over it fix an issue that wasn’t clearly explained WAS the issue.
