We have an extra vehicle and don't like to leave it parked on the street, we found this place and it worked out perfectly. Lots of cameras and gated parking lot

They have gated parking where you can rent a parking spot for off street parking and also I stored my other car with them at their warehouse in heated storage. Love this place, highly recommend.

Cleanest storage facility I have ever seen, were from out of state and needed a storage unit for our daughter, college student, over her summer break.

The facility was so clean. There was a dehumidifier and a robot vacuum station in the hall where my unit is. I liked that, think it shows care and responsibility for the building. Dan and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. He walked me through the whole process and then checked in with me later in the day to make sure that I did not have any questions or concerns.

Great place to store luggage for College students. Dan was really helpful in seeing the luggage space and checking out before booking it. They should advertise in Penn State Behrend campus for other students also to know it .

These folks were very professional and very accomodating to my specific needs. They had a lot of options for me to choose from. The facility, grounds and storage units were clean and very well thought out. I felt 100% confident that my stuff in storage was safe and protected.

Was able to call and get an appointment within 15 minutes. Once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, I just assumed being on the east side of Erie it wouldn't be the best but I was very wrong. This place is the best! Not only is it locally owned and operated but all these other reviews about it being a nice and clean facility are very true! The guy who helped me was very nice too.

Second time storing my stuff here and if need be I would come back again. Cleanest storage place I have ever used.

Seems very secure, tons of security cameras. Stored here for over 4 months now and absolutely no issues. Indoor climate controlled storage is the best.

The units are indoors, so no rain. I'm not sure if the air is heated or dehumidified. They are still building more units. They are waiting for the city to approve their elevator, so for now people with units on the second floor have to carry boxes up the stairs.

Employees were super nice and helped whenever needed, very friendly and able to interact with easily. Storage facility is really nice and exactly what I needed for the summer.

It was good the costumer service was okay not great

He met me on my time. Even though I was 30 minutes late for our appointment. He seems very honest and caring so far. (I only had this storage for 2 days) So far everything is wonderful! Very clean and I don't think I will have any worries with my choice.

The space I rented is clean and climate controlled. There are bigger spaces that are not climate controlled also at good pricing. Overall, very satisfied with everything.
