Nice facility. Clean, well lighted, etc.

Great communication and kind. We felt welcome by the staff, and they were very helpful. We had quick easy access, and it is super local! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The whole process was easy and smooth, the whole facility was clean and well-lit, the price is affordable, and the included rental truck is extremely helpful.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that I had to put in unit number and PIN code twice to enter and also to gain exit access.

Haviar was wonderful. He patient and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. That meant a lot.

We had a good experience with checking in and the movers had no problems.

My first time renting a storage space. Easier than I expected, reserved online and went in to finish paperwork and didn't take long. This place was very clean, security cameras everywhere and 24/7 access. Would recommend.

The only thing that could have been easier with this experience would have been if they came and packed and moved it for me lol. Super easy to reserve my spot, great customer service from the facility as well. Highly recommend.

This place is a great place to store your items. I love the drive in and park aspect, very clean. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very nice to not have to worry about your belongings in storage.

Everybody is so nice. Not only can use the truck but you don't need to fill it with gas. Free cold water when you get done with your move. What more could you ask for?

This is my first experience with a storage facility. My housing situation is up in the air right now and I had no issues speaking with someone at the facility to extend my unit for a few more weeks. I really appreciate that this facility has a moving truck for their clients to use - it was a big factor in my decision to rent a unit here. I greatly enjoy the ease of access and being able to get to my things 24/7.

Theresa was AWESOME! She went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information we needed, gave us a tour, and made sure we picked the perfect storage facility for our needs. We have rented for about 2 years at Murrysville Store Express. Location is convenient, pricing is reasonable and the people in the office are very, very nice. Always helpful when needed.

I recently moved in with my boyfriend and I have a lovely piano that just could not fit into our tiny apartment. Storexpress really helped me find a way with temperature controlled units to keep my piano in good shape. Thank you so much!

We have our life's belongings stored with StorageXpress and have been had ups and downs being 3,500 miles away, but they have made EVERY effort on all occasions to help with questions, cross border issues and anything we need! They have truly gone above and beyond and their staff are consistently courteous, helpful and available! A big Thank You to them all!

Have been storing in Murrysville for a couple of years now real excited about the new storage area that is under construction will be upgrading as soon as it is ready to occupy. The manager at this location is super and always has a answer to my questions she is a real nice person and is fine representative of your company.

Theresa was exceptionally friendly, courteous and efficient. From the online inquiry to the paperwork to the move-in, everything went very smoothly. They have a truck for use by their new clients to move-in that is completely free; no rental, no mileage and it includes an appliance dolly, pads and straps. This business actually knows what "Customer Service" means and practices it on a daily basis! As long as I am in this area, I will happily use them again and recommend them to friends when storage is required.
